One thing some people don't know is that they give her powers. She has the power to make people happy. Whenever someone's sad near holiday tine, or any time, she just blows a wisp of air towards them. Snowflakes dance a cross the wisp and then dance around their head, making them imagine something funny or happy. Then they're happy. Cheerily got her name because a little while after she was born she looked up and giggled.
