If Pandora set the date for November 10th, then that is when the contest ends. She should not have to say it's over when it says so on the main post. Do not edit your forms unless Pandora says differently.

i edited my form on the 10th, as some contests end on the day before the end date and for some the end date is the last day you can edit your forms. is this ok, or will i be disqualified? i've spent a lot of time and effort on my form, so i'd hate to be disqualified based on a small misunderstanding. sorry if this is spam.

If you edited on the 10th that's totally fine, i end competitions at 11:59 at night on the end date posted. so you have all of that day to work. ^^"
