You won her. However, there is no such thing as 14.7hh. It would be 15.3hh. Hands are 15,15.1,15.2,15.3,16, 16.1,etc. Here is a better explanation; one hand is four inches, therefore, 2hh is 8 inches, 2.1hh is 9 inches, 2.2hh is 10 inches, 2.3 is 11 inches, and 3hh is 12 inches. Please post a new height or say that 15.3hh is okay.
