Once again, I do not like using common designs, and apparently when people do, suddenly it's stealing a design.
So sorry to disappoint anyone by posting a plumie like this and giving it to someone else, but I am not the biggest fan of doing a design that is dark with light colors. This is a custom for Shadownima mainly because they have been a non-owner for so long and tried really hard on one to lose. ;w; It was a bit of a struggle to get through, but I decided to give up my GA custom in order to give them a plumie to join in on the plumie fandom. They don't have a lot of time to usually to join in on the fanclub stuff, but they were trying all summer when they had the chance to. All in all, they just really deserved something for how much work they did. ;w;
He comes with a very complex digital heart that I will be drawing up a tutorial for since I remember a bit of how I did it. He has pixel hearts that pop up around his body, and shadownima can interpret the hearts how they would like I guess! (if they only are visible at night, if he turns them on and off, or if they are like popping out of him at all times) For people like me who really need motivation for big designs, he does wear a starry cloak over his back which covers up the heart.
I am looking for crit on the plumie though, maybe changing the design a bit but asking Shadownima anything if they want him changed a little.
