Tapis is a quite nerdy little Plumie, constantly trying to get some peace and quite so he can study, play retro video games(the old Mario is his favorite), and practice his 1337ing(leeting) skills. He can't stand being left out of anything, and even if he is invited to something, he'd spend more time reading comic books and playing Pokemon card games. Tapis is a very bright little guy, who can recite the square root of Pi up to the 50th number.

Along with his favorite scarf, Tapis wears braces. On some occasions when he wants to hang out with friends, he puts on hipster glasses and a beanie.

Tapis has a similar outfit in his human form, keeping the braces, scarf, hipster glasses, and his beanie. He has a striped black-and-white sweater, and plain blue jeans.

Tapis is somewhat of an oddball everywhere, even in his own family. In general, he loves to brag about his cleverness and how good he can 1337(Leet).

Tapis wants to be just like his mother. He trys to copy her computer skills, which is mainly the inspiration for his nerdyness. To imitate her adventurous side, he plays card games(Mostly Pokemon), and plays old school games.

Think he gets along with his Dad well? Not at all. Tapis often tries to correct his father when he makes a mistake, and becomes insanely embarrassed whenever his father makes a point that their family is there by Hercules being his loud self.

To put it simply, a well behaved wanna-be hipster Plumie like Tapis doesn't really be best friends with a rule-breaking trouble-maker like Ori. Tapis is actually somewhat frightened by his sisters crazyness, and doesn't like being caught up in her troublesome schemes. Dispite that, he cares deeply for Ori, and wishes she was less rambunctious.

Relationship with his baby brother:

Since Tapis hasn't bonded with anyone in his family besides his mother, he plans to make his new baby brother(with the fab hair) an official NerdHerd member. Zues(the baby) is much more energetic than Tapis anticipated, so he's trying something odd. He decided to try to shape Zuesys personality into a much more nerdy form, but so far it has failed incredibly.

Milo
Milo and Tapis are good friends, and Tapis often uses him as a way to avoid his hyper sister. Even though Milo will stay small forever, Tapis thinks of him as his long lost brother from another mother. Milo thinks of Tapis as an older brother figure, who will never let him down. Tapis is consistently trying to teach Milo how to play pokemon cards, even though Milo already knows. Tapis and Milo met because they were both subjects of bullying, Milo for being short, and Tapis for being a nerd. The two Plumies have their own club, which Tapis named "The NerdHerd".

Tapis first met Maple when he was walking around, and he was instantly stopped in his tracks. She was the most beautiful Plumie he had ever seen. He had approached her slowly, and got to know her. He hasn't yet told her how he feels, but he hopes that one day he will have the courage.

November is one of the Plumies that either teases Tapis, or tries to get him to misbehave. Tapis tends to avoid her, and he thinks of her as his sisters duplicite.

"Your going to need this." She said, nudging him a small package. Tapis's eyes widened with anticipation. "W0w! 4 5c4rf! I 10v3 I7!" He squealed, wrapping the beautiful scarf around his neck. "7h3nk y0u m0mm4! I 10v3 I7!"
