xxxxxxxlucky can be a little stuck up, a bit unpleasant, too high-and-mighty for his own good. he tends to look down on the other little plumies, and thinks well beyond his years. (he does it to hide his insecurities, but that's another story in itself.) he doesn't want to associate with anyone he thinks is "gross", and he's, well... a little bit mean. there's one thing, though, that lucky will always do with anyone, regardless of who they are, or how they measure in his eyes.
xxxxxxxyou see, the little boy is thirsty for adventure. he's always looking for the next frontier, the next monster to fight, the next ocean to leap across. lucky would explore beside anyone, no matter who. he just kind of... craves the excitement of romping around unknown places.
xxxxxxxone thing, though, before we really propel into lucky's story. knowing her from a family friend, he knew a much older plumerian named meredith. she didn't like him very much, and he didn't like her, either. both being so... obnoxious, they were like two magnets repelling each other. so, when meredith said that they were "gonna go exploring", lucky wasn't sure if she truly meant that or if she was going to throw him in a ditch. lucky went along with her, though, in hopes of making the day exciting.

xxxxxxx"miss meredith, where exactly are we going...?" lucky asked politely. if he could save himself from being tricked into this, this was his last chance to go back. the little plumerian was, in fact, a bit scared, although he didn't want to admit it. the place meredith was taking him to seemed entirely too foreign, and even a little eerie. the two were traveling through the woods - its trees stood tall and slim, not very leafy at all, and moss grew over fallen tree trunks. sometimes parts of the ground, buried far underneath fallen leaves and other things, would stick up in an odd way, and lucky wasn't entirely sure if it was because of rocks, or... something else. lucky was a little scared. only a little, though... he told himself.
xxxxxxxmeredith looked back at the little boy, who was carefully treading along the fallen leaves behind her. "you okay, little buddy? wanna go home? are you scared?" she asked him, seeing the wary, haggard look on his face.
xxxxxxxlucky was a bit frantic in his response. "n-no, not at all! i'm not s-scared, nothing scares m-me —"
xxxxxxxa loud, loud rustling came from the bushes behind them.

The gondola glided smoothly through the blossom cluttered water. Gracie’s bright blue eyes shown like mirrors reflecting everything she saw. A sunhat sat nicely atop her head and a glass of raspberry lemonade was gripped tightly in her right hand. Her tail dragged through the water as they continued along the beautiful blue and pink blossom petal mixed river.

Gracie sat on the edge of her bed, suitcase by her side. Her pink sheets neatly tucked in on all sides and her white polka dotted curtains blew lightly from the wind coming in through the open window. Gracie began to shake a little as she sat, grinning like a fool. Unexplainable excitement began to make her heart race. Amsterdam was only two days away, but she couldn’t wait to begin.

A list lay on her desk in the corner of her room with pencils and stickers surrounding it; it was obviously still in the works. Gracie had been planning several wonderful things to see and do while in Amsterdam.

Nova stretched out on the grass, breathing in the fresh air as she watched the clouds float gracefully across the sky. She could hear her new owner moving around inside the house and she smiled lightly at the thought. As she rolled onto her paws, Nova looked around before deciding what to do. When she saw the bushes move infront of her, she immediately rushed over to investigate.
"Hello?" she asked, parting the bushes with her nose. "Anyone in here?" She pushed her small body through and just spotted a fox running slyly through the trees. She had never seen a fox before, but she guessed there must be plenty with this being a farm and all.
"Wait, don't go!" she called out, making a move to go follow it, but she decided it was already too far away.
Sighing, she turned and noticed a small pathway leading to what looked like a dam. She smiled widely and ran across the path, skidding to a halt as she reached the side of the large circle of water. She narrowed her eyes as she watched the water, hoping something would pop out and entertain her. But nothing did.
"No one wants to be friends with me today." she muttered as she turned to head home, but she turned smack bang into the face of a sheep! The sheep tilted it's head at her, and she copied the action back.
"Hello!" she squeaked, as she sheep bent over to sniff her coat. Before long, Nova had spent two hours playing with the sheep, earning them a forever bond.
