A Pallio comp ended today, so here's another one!

This Pallio is very fluffy. They have a very thick, lionish mane that covers their gills, which prevents their cape from flowing freely. This Pallio is noticeably smaller than others, being about a whole foot shorter than the average Pallio. In addition to their shortness, they also have smaller ears, and a larger than normal nose.

Due to how busy things are getting for me, I have to hold some more long running comps.

and some notes for you:

Stuff that'll help you win a competition (this can apply to any species comps really, not just for Pallio!):
• Writing that makes good use of show, not tell.
- Don't just tell me the character is X, show me why they're X. So instead of "She was a jerk" try "She pushed the helpless kid down" that shows me she's a jerk.
• Character personalities that are well fleshed out. (remember to give them some flaws!)
• Art that tells a story of sorts. Not just a character standing there, even if it is well drawn. I take creativity over quality.
- A piece of art where the character is actually doing something in some environment will always be better than a drawing where the character is just standing there with no background at all. Doesn't matter how beautiful the drawing is, it won't help you win.
- So just remember to put a lot of effort into your art! If it was done in oekaki I expect to see at least an hour or two in the timer.

And also, since this includes art/writings, there will be a runner up. Just one RU for this one, as you're only doing one art piece/story. Pallio RUs always have one trait in common with the main one. In this case, the RU will share a mane with this one. Design and stuff will be different.

Tocho, sometimes jokingly called Poncho, is a very humble and passive Pallio. Some may say he is overtrusting, which causes him to get into some sticky situations. Tocho is full of potential but he is unable to see it. Tocho has anxiety, causing him to feel guilty easily, making him even more of a doormat than he already is. However, Tocho is not shy, he loves to be around others and likes close relationships. Altogether, Toncho is a sweety but could work on his own personal needs more.

Serenity lives up to her name in her personality. Incredibly calm, peaceful and carefree. She is a rather calm Pallio and isn't bothered by much. When she is in trouble or a sticky situation, she remains calm and tries to think of a way to get out of it without any sort of conflict or tension. You'll always see her with a gentle smile on her face at all times. Everyday she wakes up with a smile and every night she goes to bed with one. Serenity never lets things get to her which allows her to have a positive outlook on life. Serenity is very soft spoken when she does socialize and enjoys just spending her time alone.
