General Info
Chrysaora Basilisk are the prevalent equine creatures that inhabit the world Lucent. They roam by the hundreds, using their unique hooves to score the uneven rock and track down their most vital source of nourishment; evil. The relationship between Chrysaora and humans is a complex one. Chrysaora vocalize like horses, but are also thought to have a syrinx much like birds do and have been recorded displaying a variety of sharp, avian sounds. Their eyes layer over with a dark, murky black until their normal eye color pierces through in a great ball of electric light, radiating toward their victim's open eyes and paralyzing them. The Glare is able to stop both human and creature, and after a few days, unique to other forms of basilisk, the paralyzed being transforms into a sea nettle.

Description of the color: I hope a bit unnatural is okay here, let me know if not! And sorry for the length, you wanted detail c:
Red dun and black chimeric coat - the red being the more prominent. The red dun should have all the dun stuff like leg barring and dorsal stripe; black front legs with the black extending up and towards its back and belly in a couple of points; a few jagged or zig-zag black lines could cut across its neck from the crest to the throat, being thick at the neck and thin at the throat.
A black bar could go across its eyes down towards the cheek and ending there, as well as extending down the front of its face and nose and hooking back up under its chin; a few small black oval shapes over its lips that kind of make it look like they were stitched together would be cool.
On its hindquarters there could be a few black points like on its shoulders that start at its back end and follow the the line of its rump up towards its back a bit; also a black 'sock' on one hind leg and sabino-like markings of black up the front and flank of the other leg.
Over the top of the chimeric markings, it could have white rabicano markings on its belly, as well as a smattering of tiny birdcatcher spots on its rump, neck and nose.
For its mane, it could be the red dun colour blurring into a deep red-purple. Where the black lines on its neck meet its mane, the black could extend into a streak in the mane from that point.
It could have a gulastra plume tail, which is white and possibly a bit of silver, and maybe the tail hairs underneath they could be black.
It's horn can be red dun blending into black at the tip. Its eyes would look awesome as yellow/gold or a bright purple.
