And who might you be?
I am Pyro. My name is the Grecian word for "Fire". My mother named me for my fiery color.

Gender?
I'm male, of course.

What's your favorite song?
Ed Sheeran's I See Fire. I find the tune soothing and melodic, and the song reminds me of simpler days... Days when I was young and my mother would sing lullabies to me. In fact, I believe she used to sing this exact song to me. It also reminds me of the wildfire that tore her away from me... Anyways.

What was your past like?
My past? Well. I suppose I should start at the beginning.
I was born in a small den during a snowstorm, the roof formed by tree roots. My father was non-existent in my life, my only family being my mother and my younger sister. I don't remember much of the early days...My first memory is the day my sister disappeared... My mother was out searching for berries, and my sister and I were playing together outside. She heard a noise in a bush and wandered towards it. I heard a branch crack and turned toward it, and when I turned back she was gone.

Soon after, a wildfire struck the forest my mother and I lived in. A falling tree limb pinned her wings, and she insisted that I escape without her...

Now I am a nomad, traveling far and wide in search of my lost sibling. I have no home, no friends, nothing to hold me back. One day, I will find her, and our family will reunite. This is my dream, and I dare not give it up, for then I would have nothing.

Where are those stones from?
Oh, these? The day I lost my sister, I found the first. I raced around the forest in search of her, and found one on the riverbank. It began to glow when I neared it, and I decided to keep it.

The second and third I unearthed from the ashes of my old home. I returned there several days after the wildfire, only to find my home burned to ash and rubble. In the den in which I was born, I found the second and third of my stones. They, like the first, began to glow. I quickly added them to my collection and ran away from the graveyard of my childhood.

The fourth I found when traveling, searching for my sister, one day. A hawk was carrying it in its talons, and, spotting a fish and no longer interested in the stone, dropped it. As it fell, it began to glow, so I ran as quickly as I could to catch it. As soon as I added it to my collection, all four stones burst into flames. Afraid, I dove into a nearby pond. The stones soon extinguished. I began training myself to control the flame, and now I can.

How would you describe yourself?
Me? Hm. Well.
I consider myself a bit quiet and reserved. I don't trust anyone, because everyone I used to trust, my mother and sister, ended up hurting me. I am friendly and polite to everyone I meet, but it takes quite a bit to earn my trust.

I am pessimistic, due to the tragedies I have experienced.

I am a traveler. I have been everywhere, in search of my sister, and have no real home. I love visiting new places, and often find myself following in love with each place I visit.

The information you gave is rather nice to read, and I can see it a bit for the character, but I also feel like this form is more of a WIP.

*gasp* a recording device! I can use this for um.... a diary thing! OK, OK here we go-
My name is Fauna, I'm a girl Parrapup, and my favorite song is In the hall of the mountain king by Edvard Grieg. OK then! Done with the basics, How 'bout I tell you more about myself then. Like I said, I'm Fauna and I've lived in the Phoenix Manor my whole life, oh and speaking of phoenixes, everyone says I look like one (well, I think they would at least), but that's silly. Anyone can see I look more like the firecracker peacock that's on those boxes of fireworks in the backroom, I actually sewed up a plush version of it, I might get more on that later. Now what as I talking about... oh yeah! So, Phoenix Manor, my home sweet home. I've lived here longer than I can remember, and it's really nice, if not a little bit lonely. There's a library I can just sit in for hours, reading any kind of book I want, a garden full of flowers and hedges that I learned how to tend for from books in my library, my favorite would either be the bush with golden and blue flowers that attract butterflies, or the really big hedge I made to look kind of like me. I mean it's not the best likeness of me, but I made it so I'm pretty proud. I spend my days doing anything I can either think of or find in my books.
How I spend my day wrote:Reading, making art, practicing swimming in the Manor's pool, tending the gardens,
cleaning, singing, sewing,
dancing, playing video games (but only sometimes), playing any instrument I can find,
readi- no wait I said that, talking to Crackers,
working on the fireworks in the backroom, flying (but never too high),
I've learned to balance on my hind legs pretty well
after a few weeks of practice (it's useful for reaching extra high books,
It's not like I can fly indoors, that's rude), pottery, and reading.
I think that's enough about where I live, how about I talk about *looks around* oh! MY floaty rocks! They actually aren't magic or anything silly like that, they're just pretty colored magnetic stones. I found them when I was really little, just a little fledgeling (I may actually have pictures around here) and was first exploring the Manor, I just thought they were fancy rocks, I didn't know they were magnetic so I just kept them in a stack by my bed. I discovered they were magnetic after I fell off a ladder. Long story short, I now have metal in between my shoulders and there were no ladders in the Manor for a few years. So yeah, on the first night after getting all patched up, imagine my surprise when I was just laying in bed and the rocks just flew over to me and started hovering over my back! I liked them so I've kept them ever since. What else to talk about, hmmmm... I know, Crackers! Crackers is the stuffed firecracker peacock I made when I was little. I've improved him a whole lot since then, actually looks more like the picture on the box than a blob with two pieces of fabric stitched on for wings. I talked to him when I felt alone, and I still do sometimes, but not as much as I did as a fledgeling. He's kind of like my security blanket, and also my literal blanket because of how I made his tail, Here let go find him.
.... OK while I was gone I thought of something to talk about, HALLOWEEN! this year will be my first Halloween that I actually went trick or treating instead of staying in and watching all the other Parras. I've been so excited that I've made tons of costumes, I'm having trouble picking which one to wear! Uh oh, I think I'm running out of battery power (I'll have to find a book on how these work), well anyway I'll have to do this again, bye!

About Fauna

mean people- Fauna's only real link to society may have been
books, but she still has a strong moral code and can tell right
from wrong.
Liars- Fauna can't stand it if someone is lying or withholding
information from her (unless it's for a birthday party, she's
read about those and they seem pretty fun).
Scary things- While she isn't afraid of the dark, Fauna can be
startled if one so much as makes a noise while she's reading a
scary story.

Reading- Fauna spends whole days curled up in the library reading as many books as she can. She reads any kind of book, and it would be hard to pick a favorite, but if she had to Fauna would pick non-fiction books.
Learning new things- Fauna loves learning about everything in the world around her, especially nature, activities to do, and places.
practicing her hobbies- Most of Fauna's time is spent mastering many things she read about in her books. most of them may be useless, but some may actually come in handy during a situation.

[Doesn't need protection] Fauna is sweet and innocent, but that doesn't necessarily mean that she is naive. She's lived alone for her whole life, and has read many books on the art of combat, so she can take care of herself if anything happens.
[Fire abilities] Fauna understands that it is unusual for a parrapup to have powers of any kind, but she doesn't feel that her abilities make her any different from the others. She mostly uses her abilities to make light to do something by (mostly reading).
[flying] While she does practice flying, she doesn't do it very often, and she never flies higher than the mansion. So while she can make short flights, she can't fly too high, or in any negative weather conditions (except gentle snow).
[Being alone] Since she spent her whole life alone, she tends to talk quite a bit when there is anything she can talk to, and if there isn't she's perfectly content with talking to herself or inanimate objects. She now's full well they're fake, but it make's her feel more comfortable.Despite this there are times when she mutters to herself without knowing it.
[friendly] Fauna is very friendly to those who are friendly to her, love's using her learned skills to help others, or just to be kind.
[Quirks/habits] Fauna tends to do little dances or sing under her breath whenever she's fully absorbed in something, others may find her odd because of it.
[age] Fauna is in her late teens (18-19).
[Phoenix Manor] Fauna is the current occupant of Phoenix Manor, a large manor that everyone thinks is abandoned. But some fledglings say that late at night, you can see flickering lights, like fire, and on stormy nights, there are colorful lights above it, almost as if someone's lighting off fireworks. They say that it's the spirit of the Manor's old owner, or that it's the ghosts of the Parrapups who died in the making of the huge mansion, or that it's the actual Manor. Well, whatever you believe, no one dares to go near it.

What you put out is so cute, omg. I was really hoping for more to read, but I think that was the real only downfall: there doesn't seem to be enough about the character. For doing a camera as a way to make your form was very unique, and I loved the idea!

PSYCHOLOGY

fears

-apiphobia - fear of bees
-arachibutyrophobia - fear of peanut
butter sticking to the roof of your mouth
secrets
-he secretly loves to dance like a dork
-he hates anything involving peanut butter
-he snores. loudly. he actually avoids sleeping
near anybody just so they wont learn how
incredibly loudly and sloppily he sleeps.
groups or alone
nick goes back and fourth here. sometimes
he loves to be alone, yet other times he
strives for companionship. whether or not
he wants to be with other parras is dependent
almost solely on his current mood.
leader or follower
when he strives for companionship, he is the
one to initiate conversation and heavily
prefers to lead. however, if someone else
steals his leadership title from him, hes
too much of a chicken to steal it back.
ambitions
nick strives to overcome his hatred of
peanut butter. it may seem odd, but he
has basically everything hed ever want and
his only true hatred is for peanut butter.
getting over this is his only prevalent ambition.
THOSE STONES

so, the thing youve been waiting for.
some info on those odd stones. well, when nick
was a youngun, he wasnt exactly what youd call
special. he sported the tan fur and orange markings,
yes, but he was a completely ordinary parra.
until he found the stones. see, those stones
are actually ancient treasures. nick was out
on his own adventuring one day when he found
the stones grouped together in an ordinary
tree stump. naturally, his curiosity took over,
and as soon as he touched them, he was
transformed into the parra you see before you.
it gave him a godlike affinity for fire, including
that magical ability to conjure up wings at a
moment's notice. hes always been curious about
the stones.. and why they transformed him. but
alas, he has never been able to figure it out,
and has cast the incident aside and rubbed it
off, declaring it was simply the work of fate.
hes read book after book, and the only
information on the stones he was able to
find said that they are literally glassy shells
containing something that is apparently
lava. the glass on the outside not only
gives the stones its glossy finish, but
also cools the lavalike substance
tremendously and makes it touchable.
nick has become infatuated with these
stones and questions about what they
have to do with him have kept him up
many sleepless nights.

I first glimpsed the creature in the forest. It was twilight, so I almost missed him as I sat in my tree. He walked out of the bushes, and I was startled to see that he was not such creature that I had ever seen (and believe me, I have seen the strangest creatures to ever walk the earth). He had the head of a bird, with a long neck and four paws on which it walked like a dog. Rather that a feathery tail, there was two dog tails surrounded by a plume of fiery feathers. What was even more curious was four stones that seemed to float around this creature’s neck. Each pulsed with a strange light that seemed to emanate from the middle of the stone.
Whenever this creature went, any animal that it passed seemed to bow its head to this fascinating creature. I could feel the greatness of this creature from my tree.
I pulled out my sketchbook at once and began to draw this creature for which I had no name. He reminded me of what us humans think a phoenix looks like.
I watched for an hour or so, and he didn’t seem to see me, though I think he might’ve turned his head slightly in my direction.

Image

I returned to the forest at the same time the next day to try and see the creature again.
He appeared from the same spot he had the day before, and walked away to a place I didn’t know. I wondered if I should follow him, but decided against it. With wild animals, you must be careful when approaching. So, I watched and waited for return, but it was getting dark and I needed to get home. Tomorrow, I will return.

Image

It has been three days since I have written, and for those three days, I have watched and waited for the creature, only to see him leave his home and return again. It was getting dark, so I decided to leave. I scrambled down from my tree and turned to fix my backpack, which had slipped off my shoulder. ---

The creature turned its graceful head and looked straight into my soul.
‘Hello, stranger,’ he said. His voice sounded like mountains moving and valleys forming. I could feel his power, and it made me feel like something special.
The creature told me he was a ‘parra’, an aviary quadrupedal species that originated from tropical areas.
It struck me that we have no knowledge of such creatures. It made me realise that there are probably other creatures that we have no idea about. Us humans think we own the earth, but really we don't know anything at all.

Image

As I got to know him, I realised that he was lonely. He had walked this Earth for many decades, and he was the only creature of his kind. He was was a very noble creature, very kind and loving of anything and everything. He also reminded of fictional characters such as the great lion, Aslan and Dumbledore from Harry Potter.
Igneous was very wise and very calm in the face of danger.

When I asked his name, he replied ‘I have many names but if you must require one, you may call me Igneous.’
Igneous was very respectful of everything and always found the best in everyone. As we became more comfortable with each other, Igneous would come and sit beside me while I sketched him and he told me many stories.
One, in which I must share with you. How he came about.

'When the Universe came to, and all the elements were created, each made a creature. Fire made the dragons and salamaders, while Air made the birds and genies, and Water made the whales and fish. All the creatures that we know of and have today were sent out into the world. The elements were finishing up when the elements of air and fire argued about who should create the next creature. Air made a angel, and told Fire that she should make the last creature. Fire made a Demon and said he should make the last creature. Earth and Water couldn't decide who should make the last creature. The universe told the elements to make the last creature together. Reluctantly, Air made a creature with the face and wings of a bird and Fire gave the creature fiery powers. Earth looked at the new creature and gave him legs. Thus, the Parras were made.'

I was fascinated by this wondrous story.

I hope you enjoyed this!
Yours Truly,

Cheshire's plans: I'm doing a broken porcelain doll this year! I'm really excited!
Mora's plans: Probably stay indoors and hand out candy when I'm feeling like it. After about 9:30,
I'll come back in and read a book in front of the fireplace.

I loved him like fire

Likes: Chocolate, warm summer nights, fireplaces, the stars, lighting bugs,
reading, classical and rock music, swimming,
nighttime

Dislikes: When people sneak up behind her, loud noises, being alone,
small spaces, cheeseburgers, cats,
getting angry

Image
And a little history:
Mora is a very kind and loving Parrapup. She loves to read and sleep. Mora has trust issues but tries to be nice to everyone she encounters.
Her all time favorite thing to do is go out on a warm summer night and catch fireflies.
She loves her family very much and has always been a daddy's girl. She has an older brother and younger sister and they get along pretty well except for the occasional sibling fight. She extremely dislikes it when her brother calls her Polar Bear because he has always made fun of her by saying she has polar bear legs. Her mom says she loves that about her and that's what makes her so cute so it doesn't bother her as much now.
She always tries very hard not to get angry at anyone because that's when her wings come out and she looses control. She can't think and she definitely isn't herself. She hates scaring anyone so she always tries to suppress that part of her.
She grew up in a wonderful community of wild Parrapups when she was younger but decided to try and find a human to hang out with when she got old enough. Since then she has been on a very long adventure to find the perfect human.
Finally, after many moons of searching, she has found the right one.

Backstory on the Stones:
She hasn't always had the burden of carrying Firestones. When she was born, she had the special gift of reading auras. She could always tell when her parents were stressed in hard times or joyous in good. Her parents worried about her though because they didn't want anyone to find out and take her away.
One day when she was still young, she slipped out of the house while her mother was cooking dinner. She decided to go down to the river and play around for a bit. When she got there though, there was a beautiful young woman laying by the water. Mora decided to sneak closer to investigate and when she got close enough to see, she realized the woman was fatally wounded. She gasped softly and hesitantly walked closer. The woman turned her head towards her and smiled gently, "I have been waiting for you."
Mora was confused but stepped out of the tree line and towards the river.
"Do not be afraid, child," the woman said, her voice smooth as silk, "Nothing will harm you."
Mora padded up to the woman and looked at her hesitantly, flinching from the pain and sorrow in the woman's aura.
"I am Nisha and I have been searching for you for a very long time. You are the chosen one, my child," Nisha smiled sadly and gave a slight cough, "Listen close for I only have a short while on this earth."
Mora nodded and sat to listen obediently but the feeling that something was wrong was still gnawing at her stomach.
"You have been chosen to keep 4 of the remaining 8 Firestones. There are two others like you. It is a great burden to carry but it will be easier for you since you were chosen."
Mora nodded hesitantly and the woman coughed, grabbing Mora's front leg gently. The woman grinned and Mora flinched slightly, sudden unease flooding her. Flames of heat licked up her leg from where the woman was touching her and she whimpered softly, frozen in place.
"And now that I have you, child, I shall pass this curse on to you. Use it wisely and you will remain in control, abuse your power and they will control you," Mora felt a sharp pain tear through her back and heard the woman laugh evilly before passing out.
When Mora woke up, only a pool of blood and ash was left of the woman. She shivered and stood to look at her reflection in the eerily calm stream. She gasped when she saw flames atop her head like a crown and four small stones floating above her back. Just like the woman had said, Mora was now the keeper of the last remaining Firestones.

I always look for a bit more detail with likes and dislikes because those can be helpful, but it's better to have flavor text with them, though I did enjoy reading the history and story of the stones! Sadly, I could not find where you marked the main thread.

Name: Strix

Meaning behind name: Rukh is a mythological bird of prey--Strix, in the Ancient Roman and Greek legends was a bird of ill omen, product of metamorphosis(transformation), that fed on human flesh and blood. The name, in Greek, means "owl". They are birds with a long golden beak that they use to suck the blood of infants, their favorite victim. They also have wings, usually red, and four black legs, all with clawed feet. Their eyes are yellow and round, without pupils.
Strix's are also my favourite mythological bird which is tied with the Phoenix, Roc and Griffin.

Gender: This Parrapup happened to be born not male nor female! So Strix is usually called 'he' or 'she' but never 'it' out of respect to the bird. ( So I will be switching between 'he' and 'she' while I write X3 )

Song: WARNING! Get your tissues ready T0T This song is to sad!

Personalty: Strix usually avoids strangers and rarely even gives people a glance. She constantly pushes people away out of fear that they will see the true her. Because underneath all her harsh comments and mean body language...Strix just wants to cry.
This bird had suffered many things in her life, like the death of the child she was so close to (explained in 'worst memory'). This bird just needed an owner who would make Strix happy and not a sad, alone bird. But now she is only really happy when she is snuggled in a blanket next to Fire, chewing on a red bouncy ball.
( If I heard this backstory I would probably say 'I'm adopting this bird right now like it or not! And then cuddle that buurrd X3 )
( Also you might find the red bouncy ball a bit sad when you read 'Worst Memory' )

Likes: Strix loves his red bouncy ball which you might suspect to bring back bad memories but only brings back the good memories he had with that girl. He also adores his little red blanket that Fire cuddles him up in. And he adores nectarines, there is nothing this bird won't do for nectarines. And of course, he loves Fire, the person who stuck next to Strix and helped him heal his wounds.

Dislikes: Baths, showers, water, in fact, anything that involves water Strix can't stand. No one exactly knows why and it makes Fire's job really difficult when Strix keeps flying up the chimney and coming back down completely black with soot. He also hates Fire when Fire is holding the hose to wash him or water her plants.

Favourite Colour: she loves the orange-ish colour of nectarines and blue!

Favourite Food: Beware all nectarine lovers, this bird is gonna scoff the lot!

Best Friend: Fire! ( As in the person and not actual fire )

Best Memory: Strix's best memory would be one that happened very recently. After a long time of waiting to be adopted and returned to the adoption centre to many times to count, a girl called Fire came in and adopted Strix. She cared for Strix so well that he almost forgot about the death of the child he was so close to and his wounds began to heal.

Worst Memory:Strix's worst memory till haunts her. When Strix was just a fledgling (1 year old) when she was adopted by a girl who was 11 years old. Strix spent two years of her life with this girl and they were both nuts over each other. They both went everywhere together and the little girl insisted Strix had her own place at the table (which the girl's parents found hilarious but allowed it anyway).
The girl even found a shop one day selling something called 'fire stones' which the girl bought and gave to Strix as a present. That's how she got her stones.
But one day an accident happened. Strix and the girl were walking down the street, no parents around, the girl was throwing a red bouncy ball up and down when her ball suddenly bounced off towards the street. The girl ran into the street to get her ball but, a truck came and ran her over before anyone could help.
Her parents couldn't care for Strix and sent the bird away to be adopted. Many adopted this bird but then returned the bird, most comments of her were 'She never seems happy at my home' or 'She's avoiding me all together'.

Short Story:
Fire brushed back her long green hair as she ate her sandwich. Her blue eyes flickered to were Strix was, happily munching the just-bought nectarines. " Well get fat you know Strix " Fire said, a smile appearing on her face as the bird only glanced up at her with his eyes.
Fire finished her sandwich and stood up as she wondered over to a small blue notepad which had the picture of a glass bottle drifting in the ocean. She liked to imagine there was a message in the bottle and it contained someone's wish or a secret no one must find out. Smiling to herself, Fire opened up the notepad and flicked through the pages until todays date appeared. She looked through what she had to do for the day.
1) Water plants and put on fertilizer--Keep Strix AWAY from your plum tree
2) Tie Strix down in the bath and wash that bird!

Fire smiled and re-read the second thing. She shut the notepad and stretched. Time to use the plan she hoped would get Strix in the bath.
" I'm just going to be in the bathroom " Fire told Strix, even though the silly bird probably wasn't listening to her.
But it turned out Strix was. He raised his head to stare at Fire wearily. Clearly her brain was saying 'are you going to wash me?'
Fire raised her hands in defence. " Don't worry! " she giggled. " I'm just going to have a bath for myself "
Fire walked into the bathroom and began running the hot water tap, now and then adding cold water so it wasn't scolding hot. She then picked up the bottle of Bubbles and squirted a lot in until the bathtub was overflowing with steaming bubbles.
Clapping her hands together happily, Fire quickly sprinted to her room to find her fishing net, she would need it.
Once everything was prepared. Fire hid behind the doorway into the bathroom, net at the ready.
" Strix! " Fire called down the hallway. " Fetch my towel please! "
Fire had been attempting a lot to reach Strix that. Sometimes you forgot your towel so you trained Strix to recognise the command and bring your towel into the bathroom for you. He also got nectarines as a reward.

Back at the kitchen. Strix raised her long neck and recognised the command and the promise of more nectarines. Standing up. The fiery looking bird sprinted to the stairs before quickly climbing up. Strix darted into the towel cupboard and grabbed a beach towel, not seeing the difference of a beach towel and a bath towel apart from a beach towel was prettier.
Strix then began walked towards the bathroom door, looking very proud of herself.
But as soon as that silly bird walked into the bathroom, Fire took action. She dropped the fishing net on Strix who instantly started putting up a fight.
Keeping the net down, Fire reached under it with one hand before releasing the fishing net and grabbing Strix with both hands. She held the squirming bird out in front of her as though Strix had rolled in dung.
Reaching the bathtub, Fire plunged the bird in before grabbing a soft sponge and beginning the wash the complaining bird.

After an hour or so, Fire allowed the soggy bird to come out. The sight of Strix being so wet and upset like a wet cat caused Fire to laugh. Picking up the beach towel Strix had brought before. Fire began rubbing down the bird. Strix only put up with being towelled down because she knew it meant he would be less wet!
Once Strix considered her body as dry as it could be, he strutted back downstairs and carried on munching nectarines.
A normal day...in a way...

Might add some more later ^_^

The first thing I noticed was how blocky most of the text looked? Even just small pictures to go with off google make it less intimidating to read. However, you have very nice writing and it's very cute. A little more development of character would be great though. Overall, you had very cute ideas that were humorous in some places!

Azi isn't famous, but he is popular but not so popular that there is a crowd of people running after his, he is popular in the sense that he has a lot of friends because he is very friendly and not shy at all in any way possible. Azural is very helpful. He can all laugh. He's really cheerful and enjoys spending time with others. Azi is loyal friend. There is always sincere and honest.

I like the idea, but I think I've seen this same form on another parra, and it wasn't very appealing to see it again. //shot

Your art. It's. It's so nice. It really set the mood for what I was expecting in a character, but then there wasn't much character into it. ;w; More writing to develop a character would have been appealing!

I quickly noticed your art is actually a gift art, and I don't know if you had permission or not to use it for tryout? Beyond that though, the character doesn't seem particularly developed and seems common for a character. (Also thanks X3 I do love parrapups, but as I tell people, they aren't much different from griffons, just kind of a sub species of griffon with features I enjoy drawing.)

It's between Ember and Eyvindr.. I really can't decide between you two. ;w; It's rather a tie, and I'm thinking of maybe a short story as a tie-breaker. My judges for Parrapups all seem to have deserted and it makes this very difficult with them gone. If I do decide to give you both a tie-breaker, it will be just a story, max of 500 or so words. Both will be judged by an anonymous person (One not on CS) and whoever she prefers gets the parra, and the RU receives a full custom for their runner up. It is such a hard decision to make when both of you have outstanding forms. //w\\

Ooh. Pay. Would it have to be a Halloween story or just a story?

Runner up is a full custom. =w= You get to choose hair, colors, patterns, etc. You can even hire outside artist to design the parra if you'd like. Basically, you get to design your own parra or let an artist do it. Only catch is that it can't have huge body edits like extra limbs, tails, heads, etc. Of course you can have plenty of edits, but maybe not like a longer neck.

The story would not really be halloween based, but you could make it that. The only rules would be cs appropriate and then 500 words or less.

Congrats to both of you so far, and good luck in the stories!
Also Beatnik, does anyone else get runner ups or little prizes for their efforts?

P.S. Happy Halloween!

SO! IDK when the stories need to be, but! i will paste mine here before that time XD

Lyulf Knocked shyly on the door. He pulled softly at the bowtie that Karim had insisted he wear. suddenly the door was pulled open and Lyulf gasped, In front of him stood Ari, She was wearing a beautiful yellow dress with golden accents.Lyulf stared at her with his mouth hanging open. Ari gave him a confused look. "Do i look bad?" she asked confused then patted her hair
"is my hair sticking up? Why are you staring at me?" she said. Lyulf shook his head and handed her the flower that was in his hand "You look amazing," he said softly causing her to blush brightly. Sniffing the flower she smiled and then stepped out onto the porch with him. closing the door she looked up at him excitedly. Taking her arm he led her to his car and opened the door for her, after she got in he closed it softly and then walked around and got in the drivers seat. Turning the car on he nervously began driving to the place he had chosen to take her. As they pulled up to the restaurant he smiled as she gasped and squealed excitedly. "I Love this place!" she said. Lyulf smiled as he parked and then opening up her door he held a hand out for her and said "I know, Thats why i brought you here" She beamed at him and walked happily through the doors, Lyulf gave the guy at the front his name for the reservation and the pulled her chair out for her. As They ate their meal she told him about all of the stuff she had been doing lately. For dessert they shared a large slice of Cheesecake. After that they sat and talked for a while, and then they finally decided to leave. On the way home she told him about all the stuff she wanted to do when she was a bit older, and she told him about all the places she wanted to go. Lyulf was sad when they reached her house. Parking in the driveway he walked around and opened up her door.Walking her to the front door lyulf was again amazed by how beautiful she looked. AT the door she turned and looked at him "thank you so much, I really had the time of my life" she said blushing slightly. Lyulf blushed a bit and looked away running his hand through his hair "Well, yea you're my, um . Best friend" he said shyly. slightly wishing he had the courage to ask her to be his girlfriend. sighing they stood there for a moment. and then she sighed "well, um goodnight" she said slightly awkwardly before disappearing into her house. Lyulf walked back to his car a silently cursed himself for not taking the chance, he should of pulled her close, told her how much she meant to him and then kissed her like he had always wanted to.

Lyulfs biggest mistake was not telling his best friend ari that he loves her. He has loved her for a very long time and so for her birthday he decided that he would take her out to her favorite nice resturant and that at the end of the date he told himself that he would ask her out and kiss her. The biggest reason he didn't tell her is because he is so afraid that she doesnt love him back, and that if he tells her it will ruin their friendship, So for now he just acts like they normally do, Teasing back and forth and acting more like siblings.
