I would name this Sima Reliquit. It's a rather ironic name for a creature with
a fear of betrayal. Reliquit took up the name sometime in the past,
no one knows what his birth name was. He's sometimes called Reli for short.

It doesn't matter what language you say it in. The pain will always be there, a fear hidden within all of us, the fear of betrayal. Reliquit takes it to the next level. He was betrayed by one he cared about more than anything in the world, betrayed so deeply, he could never fully trust again. Even now, years after the incident, he just barely trusts those who would be brave enough to approach such a terrifying beast. He is ruthless, cold, and paranoid around everybody. He thinks that everyone will betray him and use him for themselves the moment he lets them into his fractured stone cold heart. He tries to scare everyone off before they can even attempt at getting to know him. He became a monster to scare away any dark intentions, but in the process, scared away the good ones too. All the could-be friends he lost scaring away the would-be enemies. Reliquit broke his own heart with loneliness, trying to save it from betrayal.

this sima's biggest phobia or fear: This simas is terrified of his reflection. When he sees his reflection all see can see is fear and Despair and darkness. He knows that this is what others see, and he hates it. He would rather be ugly than be fear. HE is afraid that if he loooks into his own reflection for too long he will go insane with fear, that the feeling will overwhelm him and that he will be consumed in darkness. His biggest fear is himself.

The origin in roman myth was that this angel often strayed towards the
darkness rather than the welcoming lights of heaven.

They're gender is completely unknown. Most believe the dark sima to be male while others with a broader mind
claim them to be female.
The speculation and suspicion of the Sima's gender is still in conversation and thought,
but nobody would ever truly know until someone actually has the guts to approach the Sima themselves.
Since the gender is unkown by most
(as most are too afraid to go up to the sima and ask...)
For now Meph is considered Androgyne, in definition, this Sima has no set gender.

Loneliness...that's all they knew. They feared for themselves at this point,
as the other simas stayed away from the poor soul.
Born of darkness meph was, born of fear and night.
They often stayed away from meph and called the the sima a monster...
monster...
Meph fears of most things. They fear love... Death...
their own darkness...but nothing as great as Insanity...
Insanity...
Insanity to take his mind, to blind his eyes to others.
The insanity he does not want to face or know smacked into reality.
From the time they were born, Meph was called a monster...
He was cursed from birth, as he heard a while back. Cursed by the moment of birth.
It was Said they were born on October 30th...hells night.
but has it really always been like this? they always wondered...
They always tried to communicate, to talk to the others surrounding...
but none would pay mind, or were too afraid to look. He heard voices, even after they left...
of the shadows that consumed them each and every day.
The glowing smile, which they could not see in a reflection and eyes seeping with the cloud.
Meph never saw themselves to have a cloud, as others seemed to.
And the loneliness began to slowly take its toll..
Would they ever be loved? Would they ever see happiness?
Meph, once crying himself to sleep in the darkness can
now sometimes be found laughing instead...
Laughter takes the pain away?
The best medicine?
or was it Insanity finally enveloping them...
Insanity finally taking mind that maybe, he didn't need friends to be happy,
maybe they didn't need love or family or other Simas to converse with...
He had his own world of happiness....maybe one day they would be happy....
and everyone would be their friend...
and they would finally find happiness...and see them for who they were...
but who were they really...
in the world of heartless strangers, cold to a homeless Sima living in a cave,
a cloud unseen by themselves scaring his hope...
and bringing on the Insanity...that would be fought...
but inevitably take over his mind...

i don't want to be alone for my life but.. but i don't want to be touched, not at all, but i just don't want to be alone.. so.. what could i do with this ?.. its a cure and a curse.. ( mostly curse but uh.. ) and i see i can't do anything so... but.. i just am lost. i have most feared of me, but they have no idea i fear them..

Icelus' worst phobia (as he has multiple) is the fear of sleep. To him it is a fake death, haunted by false visions of reality bent by the subconscious mind. He cannot bring himself to trust these untrue mirrors within his head, and fears the paralysis that sleep and dreaming brings.

Aaaannnd we have a winner, after what felt like forever.... sorry about that.
But anyway I really liked the idea with the fear but in the end it was the name that decided it all. So congrats to you and I hope you take good care of this guy C:
