26.7.2013 : First Sighting
A strange breed of creatures has been discovered living in valleys between small mountains and in forests near these areas. They have fluffy, soft fur, and, as strange as it seems, balloons for tails. They seem to be closely related to domestic and wild felines, and possess many of their traits, such as being very agile yet laid-back creatures. They are the same size as an adult domestic cat, maybe a bit smaller. They are born like most mammals, and drink their mother's milk until they are old enough to eat solid foods. "Baloos", as we have decided to call them, seem to be quite friendly towards humans, however they are very protective over their tails. Their tails seem to glow a bit, and we have assumed that they help the creatures sustain life. Every baloo that we have seen have at least one of these tails, and a few have two. They seem to be good swimmers, yet seem to be reluctant to let their tails enter the water.
This Baloo is my first one as an artist, and is up for adoption! This is a simple contest that will end in at least 5 completed forms. I'll include a RU if I get over 10 completed forms! This Baloo may seem like he/she has tribal-like markings, but they were actually born with them! They aren't paint, they're part of his or her fur pattern, how cool!
