What is a Keetin?

Keetins are small, agile mouse creatures that live within the trees of any forested climate in the world, and are closely related to the Twiglet species. They can't run very fast or fly, but they are terrific at leaping and climbing, despite their short limbs. These little guys tend to be tamed as companions and will often be seen riding their handler's shoulder, pockets or hiding in their hair. Keetins will never grow any larger than a squirrel, baby Keetins (called Kits) can be as small enough to fit in the palm of your hand. A Keetin's diet consists of their favourite food, Strawberries! However they are also seen eating other fruits and sometimes cakes.
A group of Keetins is called a Keetai (pronounced key-tie). They communicate through a series of small pips and mews.
When happy, a Keetin will release a scent from a gland inside it's ear, making it smell beautifully like strawberries.

Username; My username is Sable. I currently own three keetins: Gelato, Tarte and Cecil.

Name; This Keetin's name is Ceku. Ceku is a tamil word meaning "hard, solid, sound wood." His parents chose the name slightly at random, and chose it for its sound. He doesn't have any nicknames, on account of his name being so short, but he secretly hopes that one day some one will make a cool nickname for him.

Gender; Ceku is male, and identifies as one. His birthday is October 7, and his zodiac sign is Libra ♎

Age; Ceku is an adult Keetin, around the Keetin stage of 20 years old in human years. In maturity age, he is around as mature as an older teenager.

Physical appearance;

Build: Ceku is around the average height for a Keetin, he is quite sturdy in his build, but seems quite average between thin and fatter. He has a slight slouch when sitting.
Unusual characteristics: His coat is asymmetrical, whereas most Keetin's markings are symmetrical.
How he feels about his appearance: Ceku is quite confident in his appearance, believing he's quite average looking as far as Keetai go, he isn't boring but doesn't have striking colours or stunning markings. He is quite happy being as he is, he loves his patched appearance, although he feels slightly awkward when someone is taller than him.
Favorite thing about their appearance and why: His favourite thing about his appearance is that it's asymmetrical in pattern. He find it funny when others get a small surprise that one side doesn't look the same as the other. He sometimes find it funny to turn side on and try make them think he's a different Keetin. It's also a good conversation starter.

Describe him in 5 words: Stubborn, opinionated, extroverted, outgoing and charming.
Although at times Ceku can be difficult, and quite vocal about what he thinks about thinks, Ceku always faces up to what's coming, even faults. He loves to chat and make friends, and tries to include those more shy Keetins in social situations. He's rather charming and other's find him fun to be around. He can be stubborn and hates to give up on anything, but will admit when he is in the wrong and face up to the consequences. He values his friends very much, and it pains him to make them upset or disappointed. He likes to wake up early in the morning and watch the sunrise, it makes him very happy when someone offers to join him. It can be hard to get up, but a beautiful sunrise is always worth it.

Likes: Sunrises, insects, puzzles, rain storms, wild berries, new friends, party games.
Dislikes: Loud noises, cloudy mornings, boring tasks, when something goes wrong for him, upsetting his friends.

Koke is very shy and quiet, he doesn't make friends very easily. He may seem boring at first, but when you get to know him, he has a great sense of humor. Koke likes to sing when he is alone, he says it makes him feel good. "When i sing to myself, i feel relieved of my stress." Koke says. Koke has amazing drawing skills, unlike most Keetins. He feels lonely when he sleeps, so he shares his room with his sibling(s), until the day that he was sent to the pound.

koemi is very much a socialite, and loves talking to, and meeting new people. she has a habit of making bad jokes to 'break the tension', when often they just make you feel uncomfortable. she has a tendency to get in your face a little, but if she notices she is doing this, she will immediately stop. one of her favorite things is to drop things from a height. its not that she likes breaking them, she just loves the different sounds it makes.
however, koemi does appreciate the quiet side of life, and she loves to take looong afternoon naps in the sun, or curled up on a beanbag. it is pretty impossible to wake her up though! koemi once slept through an entire thunderstorm, and only woke up afterwards because it was 'too quiet', as she put it. she needs constant background noise to be content, it seems. this can be something as small as wind blowing, or someone breathing, though.

koemi. loves. flowers.
she loves planting them, picking them, smelling them, growing them, watering them, picking petals off them...anything to do with flowers, she likes. you rarely see her without one tucked behind her ear, or hauling a massive one (for her size) back to a secret flower spot. her favorite flower is a daisy, because they are simple and happy.
she also has a habit of doing things like standing in a puddle, and getting soaked before she realizes what happened. its not that she has a short attention span, but she tends to get distracted. (and has a short attention span)
aspirations;;
someday in the future, koemi would love to do some kind of travelling. preferably to see some flowers, of course. she would also like to go back to the forest where she was born, and connect with keetai from other places. she might talk their ears off though!
