i have decided that this plumie will be going up for readoption!
[i've discussed this with char, no worries]

tick was my first plumerian but i lost connection with him quickly, and was unable to retrieve the connection i had with him beforehand, so he's being put up to find a new owner who can love him better than i did.
since the initial contest was short, his readoption will be short as well!
you can add up to two extras, and prettying-up will heavily be judged on, additionally.
art is judged on effort and it can be anything from a sketch to a fully shaded drawing; traditional is allowed
you may draw human or anthro art of him as well. also!! the art does not have to be drawn by you; it can be ordered if you so desire.

do you own any plumies?;; I do! I own three of
them, and am currently waiting for a runner-up in a
competition a while back. That would mean that
Tick would be my last plumie if I ever got the
chance to own him ;v; I love my three babies
very much, drawing them a lot and writing about
them and I know I'd give Tick just as much love
and attention.

The name is great, fits him very well and is completely

It took me a while to decide on what I was going
to do, but then I got this great idea for him to
be in bed and all nice and warm with this little
grey cat plushie that looks mean, and Tick is
always carrying it around, trying to make it
smile (even if it is a plushie and won't smile otl).

Personality ;;
Tick is almost like a kitten; curious and not bound by anything in the world. He’s a free spirit, very shy and innocent compared to others. Tick doesn’t like to be held down by anyone, especially society. He doesn’t listen to those older than him and he hates to be confined in small spaces. He loves running circles around his friends or just running in general. He’s extremely fast on his paws and his mind is wired for defending himself.

Tick is very skilled fighting, though he doesn’t follow one specific style. He combines styles from all over the world and is constantly changing the way he fights. Tick doesn’t fight for fun, though; he fights on those rare occasions when he or his friends feel threatened. He’s rather shy, so most of the time he’ll just try to escape situations but running away.

Tick is curious and has to explore everything. He loves adventure and finding new things, especially new species of animals. He takes nature hikes alone, or, often times, will slip away from guides when they’re not looking and exploring on his own.

Tick often acts shy and innocent around almost everyone; making seemingly stupid or blunt comments often. He’s actually pretty observant and skilled, just tends not to show it. He laughs a lot and is very bright in general, only acting different when he’s stressed or feeling threatened.

About Tick's Plushie ;;
Tick has had his plushie for a long, long time. Before he was born, even. His plushie, although not named out loud, has always been Tick's first and only friend throughout his childhood years. When he was younger, Tick would carry it around his home by the tail and dress it up almost like a little girl would do to her dolls. He'd play games with it and play jokes in hope that it would make the plushie smile, as it was constantly frowning.

This habit of his slowly diminished as he got older, but he still does have that beat up toy. He sleeps with it every night, curled around it like a protective father. He doesn't use the thing anymore, but can't seem to put it away in his attic because every time he looked at it; with it's dirt covered fur and it's fluff that was starting to come out from the small holes that littered it's body, he'd remember how he used to love that plush more than anything. Even if it wasn't breathing didn't mean that he'd just throw his best friend away like that.

A clouded leopard!

A clouded leopard is a cat found from the Himalayan foothills through mainland Southeast Asia into China and is one of the most endangered species in the world. The clouded leopard is considered to form an evolutionary link between the big cats and the small cats.

Tick loves all cats in general, but his favorite one is a clouded leopard. Once when he was visiting southeast asia, he ran into one; a wild one. For a while, Tick never knew what kind of cat that it was, but soon stared to research about it and found it to be a clouded leopard. Form then, Tick saw another one in a nearby zoo and decided that he'd help these animals. He started a program that help the clouded leopard along with several other endangered big cats.
