"Tears of the Tiger" is a poetic Chinese name for the precious orange/gold stone "Amber".
In Chinese Amber is known as "Huh P'o".
Tiger's colouring reminds me of Amber, so I wanted to choose a name that was fitting and worthy of such a magnificent Ranger <3

when Tiger was just a foal he definitely lived up to his name. He was a little terror. His favourite game was to leap out of hiding and scare anyone who came close. He got a tail flick and the occasional kick for his troubles. As he grew, his age mellowed him to the point where he was so laid-back he was almost comatose *LOL* but that didn't mean he was lazy, it just meant he had now learned to keep his energy in check until he needed it. He would do anything for his owner, he might have been small for a Ranger but he had a heart as big as Texas, and he was determined to used it to win the race for his lady.
