luciernaga never believed that saying to be true at all at first.

and this the story of when she learned that saying, to be unbelievably, very important in life.

i was about ten years old around this time. i was popular in groups because of my prettiness.
most guys liked me, although i never fell in love. i would ride the bus to school, and chat
loudly with my friends, then do the same throughout the school day. my whole life was basically
revolved around me speaking. it was like any time i made a choice or spoke about a choice,
everything bended around that choice. get what im sayin'?

anywho, there was this one day where my voice got lost. like i couldn't speak at all or make noises
and stuff. it was horrible. it was a huge mess when i tried to speak, and people were really confused
at all my gestures and such to make a noise. that's when i got it.

maybe silence, could work.

i started being silent and everyone did the same too. and you know what's crazy? the more and more
everyone went silent, the more people started listening and gradually, not failing things and successing
in most things. it was really cool.

we even made these silent things with our eye looks, for example, if you made your eyes half-slitted, that
meant you were sad. and if you had bright, wide eyes, you were really happy. and so forth.

this went on for about two school years, and by then i was what, 12? people started drifting away to talking
again, but i'll never forget that one day i couldn't speak.
