Egg Stage: x

This guy really took his time to hatch from the egg but all the time was worth it because he grew into a beautiful nautic based GoS <3

In order to get this GoS you need to;
1) Give him a Nautic name.
2) Post a Jack Sparrow Gif.
3) Tell me (in short form) the greates adventure he ever had.

Name: Nerites. (name explained in adventure/story)
Gender: Stallion
Age: 5 years.
Adventure: Nerites, on no particular day, had been searching for shellfish.** He was particularly driven to find a shellfish today, but for no reason. He hadn't wandered waters long before he found one, and pinning it to the sea floor, he looked at it, curious. In a strikingly childish and stupid move, Nerites attempted to eat it, but before he could, he jerked his head back; and suddenly he was seeing something different. He was witnessing a vision, with the shellfish still pinned beneath a hoof.

In this vision he couldn't tell what he was, or who, but he seemed to be mostly one of those land-dwelling creatures that walk about on upright legs. He had heard about them before, but forgot what they were called. He was looking at a beautiful being, and everything was mute and black and white as of now. But in a few moments everything became clearer. Color came, and he started to hear just as the female in front of him began speaking. As this being was speaking, he tuned in and listened. "I can promise you a pair of wings! Just come!" But he found himself shaking his head. He was in no control of this vision, and he just shook his head. Then the being in front of him seemed to get angry with this, and did something spectacular. With not much of a hassle, she turned the male before her into a shellfish.

Nerites shook as he looked down at the shellfish beneath his hoof. He was back to the present, and frightened by this vision, he let go of the shellfish. He turned away, but stopped before going anywhere. He remembered his vision clearly, and the sight of the being with seemingly magic powers lingered in his mind. Why would any being do that to another? That was cruel, he thought. And suddenly filled with a new determination, Nerites started to wander the waters again, this time in hopes of finding that thing that had turned another into a shellfish. He was determined to find it, and seek revenge. But was that really what he was looking for? Maybe Nerites just wanted to know why. Why was she trying to get the other to come with her? Where was she going? Nerites was full of questions to ask, but he had to find her first.

That was the beginning of his adventure yet to be completed.

You're probably wondering what my story meant. Well, I am a big mythology fan. And as soon as I saw this GoS it reminded me of Poseidon, and doing some more research on water-related Gods and Goddesses, I came across one called Nerites. Aphrodite was trying to persuade him to come to Olympus with her, and she even promised him wings, but he refused, and so in turn she turned him into a shellfish. That's where I got my inspiration for this little thing, and the GoS here is a reincarnation of Nerites. That's why I named him that, so he could be a reincarnation. c:

Best enemies

“My dear old… enemy. Long time no see” Norrington returned the broad smile of the Great White Shark not without being nervous but as confident as possible.
“Should we know each other?” the Great White didn’t seem to be in the right mood for small talk but at least he stopped and gave him a few seconds to think about a way out of this situation.
“Absolutely. May I jog your memory a little bit?” the Guardian asked. He was pretty sure that they had met before, long years ago. He would never forget this shark with those dark blue eyes and the scars on his nose.
“Dinner with vaudeville act… why not?” the sharks’ jaws twitched. He seemed to be sure about his prey.
“Great!” Norrington answered quickly “I’m sure you won’t repent this.”
He briefly look around before he started to tell.
“We already met many years ago, when we both were young and…less experienced. It was a warm and friendly evening and…”
“I’m not that patient” interrupted the shark.
“Oh ok. The shorter version. Of course. We met each other nearby a dark rift. It was a trial of courage but the other Guardians didn't dare to swim into this rift. They suddenly fled because they recognized you earlier than me."
"That might be the reason why we meet again?" the shark noted.
"Anyways..." Norrington continued his story "I think you were hungry. Just... like... now... Well, at least you immediately started to hunt me. And it was a really exciting hunt. First we crossed the rift and then I tried to escape on the surface of the water. You are the shark who showed me what fabulous jumpers Great Whites are. It was really precarious for me. But while I jumped out of the water I saw a boat. That was my chance. I knew humans. Better to say I thought I knew them. I swam and jumped as fast as possible towards the boat. I even neighed for help although humans aren’t able to understand us. Surprisingly they did nothing. They just stood on their boat and starred at us. We reached the boat and there was only one chance to escape from you. With my last ounce of strength I jumped out of the water directly onto the boat. I think it was rather annoying for you.”
Norrington smiled briefly but the dark eyes of the shark reminded him that he was still in danger.
“But don’t worry too much, old friend. I wasn’t save there. Suddenly the humans started to react. They shouted something. I didn’t understand their words but that was not the friendly and soft speech of those humans who helped me once to hatch out of my egg. Hectic they took a net and threw it on me. One moment I escaped but I was captured in the next one. You left us while I was enchained by a stupid net.”
“But now you are here” the Great White came closer. Norrington felt how his heart beat faster.
“Yeah. I managed to escape during the night. Weather got worse and a bit stormy. While the boat danced between the waves the net loosened a bit and I escaped. Back in the ocean I started my long journey home.”
The shark nodded. “I remember…” he assessed “Although I remember some details a bit different.”
“Only minor ones” Norrington admitted.
“And now back to business” the shark suddenly swam around him.
“So, we’ll continue our adventure…” Norrington prepared himself to flee.
“Indeed.”

Adventure: Kai's greatest adventure happened when he was very young. He was still known as Bowsprit at the time, and was always on the outskirts of any group. (this would be the point in the story where the hero somehow saves someone from death in a bar fight and lives happily ever after, but this isn't a completely traditional story.) Bowsprit, you see, had a love for the ocean in the morning, (and unlike that hero, he can't seem to do anything right, let alone swim like a regular GoS), and couldn't resist getting up early to watch the dark water littered with stars turn light as the sun slowly woke. As he was watching the dawn one day, he failed to notice a dark shape looming up underneath him, as he was completely focused on the maelstrom ruining his perfect dawn. As he watched the storm grow, he suddenly felt a huge lurch in the water beneath him, and plunging his head underwater, gazed in shock at the ship sailing underneath him. Little did he know, but this ship would change his life forever. The ship lurched to a stop, eerily floating underneath him, and a strange beast walked out it's cabin door. It looked up at him, tentacled face waving in the water (yes, it is indeed Davy Jones, I couldn't resist). "I wish to speak to you" the man asked, "and ask of you a question." Curious, Bowsprit swam up to the man, tilting his head in question. "Do you know these dark waters as well as your markings suggest ye do?" the man asked. "If the answer be yes, I have a spot on me crew to offer you, as I am in need of a new pet to guide me ship." Bowsprit, listening to the strange ilt in the man's voice, answered the man's questions. For indeed, he had known these water's a long while and even though he might be slow, he knew the fastest route and direction to take. Excited with the possibilities the man was offering he accepted the offered spot. "It seems I found myself me own magic compass then, aye?" the man asked mockingly, "What do you think, Kai, what do you want most?

Caught up to Jack in sense of magical totems, Davy Jones and Kai began their travels. When Jones succumbed to the deep, Kai was there to help Calypso in guarding his underwater grave. Throughout his life with Jones, Kai saw more than he could ask for, but his greatest memory of adventure is still when it all started, after a green flash at sunset and maelstrom at dawn.

Columbus was given a very fitting name when he was a young horse. He followed a lot of ships around, acting like a dolphin to be less suspicious. But as life when on, the ships became meaner, in both looks and use. He was watching a large, silvery ship with poles and wires on the tip, and large things that made sounds like thunder and shot out fiery comets.
With more of these ships arriving and fighting around him, the waves kept him trapped, now in dead center of the action. His scared screams could not be heard over the explosions above his head. The other dolphins had disappeared long before any explosions had happened.

Adventure:When Kampos was young, his parents had a very difficult time deciding on a name for him. They wanted him to have a unique name, something that meant something. So they essentially just called him their baby until they could come up with a proper name. One evening, a white shark was lurking outside of their den. One of the other young guardians had snuck out and was playing outside. Kampos saw the young filly freeze in fear and knew he had to help. He swam outside and began to taunt the shark. Once he got its attention, he lured it away, swimming for his life. Upon his return, the filly had spread some rumors about Krampos to the other Guardians in the area. Everyone thought that he had fought off the white shark somehow, rather than just leading it away. His parents decided that he was their little sea monster, which is how they ended up choosing his name.

I was going to try for this guy because he is just awesome, but I couldn't come up with an adventure that suited him so I'm going to pass.
