Reason for glich and short story:

Error is a genetic, technical expirament from a lab, where scientists were trying to create a creature that could not be harmed and travel through any sort of electrical current. Trial 1 had been the first, created with to much technical support, it later had a suicidal act were it rammed its head into the wall untill its sukits were fried. Trial 5 had too much animal genes and was killed for "safety" reasons. Trial ten was a depresed soul, sat in the corner of its 5 ft by 4 ft cell, until it eventualy wasted away. Then came trial 13, the "perfect one" but the scientists in all these cases cared nothing for the creatures. The creature appeared not to have feelings, but they were wrong. each one had a different personalit and the ability to comunicate throught time. Since each was neither machine, nor animal, nor electric current, their memory was stored throughout the passing trials, 2 had 1s memory, 3 had 2s and 1s memory so on and so forth, the scientists didnt pay any mind that the creatures seemed to evolve, one was a simple flat faced creature with horns and protruding eyes, each time the creatures took on more caracteristics of different animals and the eyes grew small as not to see what was coming at them, as not to see the pain. until 11, all the trials had eyes, but no mouths. then 11 had a small mouth its back, then 12 had a large mouth that covered most of its underside, now 13, with the too mouths, screaming in silence for all the pain and suffering that its fellow trials have gone through, but still unable to speak.

why are they glitching: Miyako is glitching because his genetics have made him do such. He was created as an "error" as a sign of hope, but he sees it as a curse that will lead him down a lonely path. He was created so that his human companion would see that there is beauty in an imperfect person and that there is no need to pretty yourself up to the world's standards. His glitch is on purpose, a thing of beauty, and a sign of hope. He was not supposed to rely on appearance alone, but allowed it to cloud his mind, causing him to stray away from others and spiral into the depths of lonely despair. His design was specific, meant to glitch and spazz out, but to do so beautifully. His mouths are not only a symbol of his hunger for companionship, but also a symbol that a beautiful mind can speak out no matter what. His purpose is to help his companion see that they are beautiful, just like he is. So hopefully his companion and him make the journey together to see that neither of them are mistakes, and they are both perfectly beautiful people.
