this cutie is based on LImestone~!

A Makoatl is a terrestrial shark-dragon hybrid recently discovered
off the coast of the Greenland sea. They have the powerful tail
and jaws of a shark, with the body and (occasional) horns of a dragon.
They usually have manes, and are covered in thick coats of fur-
adapted to keeping out the cold in their native habitat.
They live on a diet of mainly meat and fish, and are known to be vicious
hunters! Despite this attitude toward their prey, however, they
are very protective and mothering to their offspring,
as well as to each other the majority of the time.

Jaw fragments, isolated teeth and a skull excavated from the Sahel desert of Chad dated to between 6 million and 7 million years old may re-cast the opening chapter in the story of human origins. The fossils, revealed in 2001 and shown in this reconstruction, put the split in the evolutionary tree that eventually led to chimps on one branch and humans on the other more than 1,500 miles northwest of east Africa's Rift Valley, the current epicenter of research into human ancestors. But some scientists are not yet convinced the creature, named Sahelanthropus tchadensis and nicknamed Toumai, walked upright, which many scientists consider a key characteristic that distinguishes hominids from non-human primates.

was getting bored of the movies anyways.She got off the plane and took a taxi to a dig site."Thank you!"She said to the taxi driver,he waved as he drove away.Fossil forgot her backpack on the taxi!"No!No!Wait!Stop!I forgot something!"She called back,it was no use,he was already gone."There's only three things to do,give up and go to the hotel,chase it,or ask someone for a lift..."She said.She looked around,there were like no cars and she didn't know anybody!She didn't bother to waste her time,so she chose 'chase it'.Her running skills were incredible!She didn't see the car yet,but she got into the city.It was bustling with people,from her kind

and not."OH FORGET IT."She cried.She quickly got to the road and hopped over cars."Sorry,excuse me!So sorry!"She cried to the drivers honking their horns.She finally reached the taxi!Lucky for her it was the only blue taxi there.The roof was open so she hopped inside without him knowing,she grabbed her backpack and hopped out,she quickly ran to a car heading to the site,she hopped on.She got to the site."Thanks for the lift!"She cried,the person was confused.She dug,dug dug,in one spot.She knew there was something there.She hit something!She dug even faster it took an hour or so,it was perfect!She took each bone out.She met a few people.Someone found something too.She asked if she could get a lift to the lab."Sure."They responded.She got in.

It was a truck so the bones were in large boxes in the back."So whats your name?"She said."Mac."They responded.It was silent for the rest of the ride."Thanks for the lift!"She said as they got to the lab."No problemo!"Mac responded.They got into the lab.After an hour or so of assembling her fossil she found.They figured it out.Fossil grabbed her book."Hmm..."She said looking through the pages."An american cheetah!"She replied,she showed the book to the professor."Indeed.Good work Fossil,your name fits you well."He replied.Fossil got another fossil in the next month.It was time for her to go.She took the plane back to home.She loved her vacation.She kept that one little dragonfly fossil.
