This kiamara seems to be hiding a secret, what is it?:
Pen holds an extremely strong hate towards everyone, mainly for her being left in the desert as a pup to fend for herself. Barely surviving with the help of 'spirits', she lives under the impression that she's only alive to seek revenge for what happened to her. Due to this she made the choice to force others into what she had to go through when she has a chance.

It was a burning hot day, just like any other in this god forsaken place. The other kiamaras in this small village thought that the 'gods' were angry with us for not sacrificing enough. Everyone was getting so desperate. The water was drying quickly and it was only a matter of time until we were completely out of it. With supplies dangerously low the leader of the village decided that there needed to be a sacrifice. Putting all the names of the villagers into an old wheat sack, which was then shaken, everyone watched nervously as our chief reached in and pulled out a piece of paper. Being so young, I had no idea what was going on, why everybody was acting like this. "Penelope." Gasps rose into the air but quickly subsided when whatever was happening seemed to reach my mothers brain. Her screeching shattered the silence. I looked around, at the everyone staring at me. But as I met the Chief's gaze he beckoned me forward.
"Let her stay just one night!" I couldn't help but wince at my mothers tone, meeting her eyes I could see herself restraining from coming to get me, as well as breaking out into sobs.
"You know we can't afford to do that." Our leaders voice rang out clear and authoritative as he addressed her. "You know very well what must be done. The gods will not be happy should you stop this."
Tilting my head at the part about the journey, I wanted so bad to ask about it but I knew better. Mother flattened her ears and walked towards me before crouching down, "You'll be fine, we're just going to play a game, okay? It's really hard but I'm sure you can do it!" She murmured "We just need you to put on a blindfold, and sit in the wagon until we give you more instructions alright?" Taking the strip of cloth from someone she tied it tightly around my head, covering my eyes. It wasn't as gentle as she usually was but I held my tongue once more. I held on tightly as my mother led me to the wagon. I could barely contain my excitement much less hold back the stupid smile plastered to my face.
My ears twitched as the wagon lurched forward, my mother and the chief sitting behind me in silence. It was so deathly silent I could feel the sun slowly drag itself across the sky, its heat intensifying with every flicker of light.
Finally after what was probably a few hours the cart came to a stop and I was lifted out of the wagon and placed on the sand which was surprisingly much cooler than I had expected it to be. Jumping in surprise when my mother started to speak.
"Penelope, for this game, we're going to leave you here and go hide, you'll have to find us when you no longer hear us. Understood?" She said, clearing her throat as her voice cracked. "You're not allowed to take off the blindfold until you can't hear us okay?"
I nodded, eager to start this game. It took a while till the noise completely faded but it eventually did, I slipped off my blindfold only to find the stars shining down. Instantly panic took over. I knew how dangerous it was to be out alone in the desert at night.
"Mom?" I called out uncertainly, waiting a moment before trying again- "Mom?!" I yelled as loud as I could and pricked my ears for any response. I felt tears welling up in my eyes and the cold settling under my fur. I figured that standing there would be waiting for some kind of predator to come I decided to move and find some kind of shelter.
After what felt like half an hour of mindless walking, I felt the sand grow a bit damp, which drew my mind back to reality. Exhausted I made my way clumsily to the water and couldn't help drinking swiftly, I was so dehydrated I could barely stand.
After I was done, I stood back and looked around for some shelter when I spotted the shadow-hidden ridge. Making my way over, I collapsed under it, thankful for the rest.
I woke up in the dead of night, sweating and twitching. I felt my heart starting to beat quicker and quicker until it felt as if it were about to burst through my ribs. Panting I rolled over only to twitch more, I felt it getting harder and harder to breath as my temperature soared ever higher. Lastly I seemed to be losing my vision, spots growing fuzzy and brighter. Blinking slowly the bright spots seemed to swirl into forms.
"We should leave her to die, it's not like she has much to live for anyways." One of them, the smaller one, seemed to snarl.
"Shut up. If she dies we'll put up with her. There's potential in her, she was abandoned to die and is young enough to be manipulated to do our bidding." The bigger one snapped, I couldn't understand what exactly they were saying since my mind was so foggy but I could hear clear enough. "Just go with it alright?" The larger one huffed, glancing, irritated at the other. Leaning down he touched my forehead with a gentle hand and almost instantly my symptoms seemed to disappear.
"You're fine now, you were abandoned by your mother to die, but we're here for you." He murmured compassionately, "Your purpose now is revenge, grow strong and claim the desert as your own. We'll be with you to call upon when needed. We won't abandon you like she did." He said ending in a growl.
"We're not gonna let you die kid, you'll have all of our side of the spirit world fighting for you. Whenever you need us just call." The small one huffed proudly. "Just wait till you grow to your full potential!" She smirked.
