Reason behind the Name:
I currently have a friend in the hospital named Dylan, who was getting ready to propose to his boyfriend, Shane, when he was in a head on collision with a three year old girl and her mother. The mother's car tire went flat going down the high way at high speed, and she crashed into Dylan's car. Neither of the girls survived, and Dylan is in the hospital in depression because he lived and they didn't. I recently found out that his body went into shock, and the doctors don't think it is fatal, but it is enough that I'm frightened for him. He's one in a million, the star that shines extra bright among the darkness of the sky, and I just thought this would be something nice for him to see when he's better...

Dylan can be quiet the little smart mouth boy, but he's not little...compared to most of those around him he's the big, gentle giant that always goes the extra three miles to help someone when they need it most. Someone just wouldn't think that when he starts acting like a diva with very high self esteem, but he does care when there is somebody that needs his help - complete strangers even. If he has to get a job and take extra shifts to help a friend, he doesn't mind because knowing that he is helping someone out makes everything worth while. All that work, exhaustion, and sweat doesn't matter after the satisfaction of helping someone settles in among his bones and makes his heart feel...odd, with glee at knowing he made life easier even for just a moment. Several of his friends considered him a sassy diva of an angel sent towels the people on the ground, but Dylan is simply here to live life and get through it just like the rest of them with his odd sense of humor and his golden heart hidden in his strong chest. He certainly doesn't mind getting comfortable around his friends, but when he gets online and meets new people he's always cautious due to a friend-turned-stalker incident.
What is his favorite aspect of night?
The stars; absolutely, positively the stars. Dylan loves them, and not just because he used to ditch his buddies in the youth to sit with his best friend now on the roof of her home and peer up at the stars, just talking with her for hours because she fascinated him and he found her much better company than his old companions. Now, every time he looks up at the night sky, he's filled with happy memories and the stars always make him smile.

Nyx is calm and quiet, just like the night. He has few friends, and prefers the company of smaller creatures. He is very superstitious, and believes strongly in myths and legends. Upon looking at him, you could easily guess he has a huge imagination, and is a vivid storyteller. Those lucky enough to hear him read one of the books he wrote himself, always beg for another story and attempt to convince him to publish just one book, so they can relive the enchanting story line yet again.

What is his favorite aspect of night?
The silence. Its so easy to think in the night, when the only sounds are the peaceful rustling of grass and the soft noises of nocturnal creatures. This is when he tells his best stories; underneath a starlit sky around a crackling fire, amid hundreds of sparkling fireflies. If he could, he'd choose an eternal night to live in, with just him, some paper, and his thoughts.

~As you would expect, based on Comet's name, he would like to watch comets race across the sky.
But that's not all. You see, he likes just about everything that shines in the sky at night.
The fireworks, the comets, the stars, the northern lights... the list goes on and on.
Each star, each comet, each shining thing up in the night sky was unique in it's own way.
Some stars seemed to light up the entire sky, while others shone dimly.
The fireflies would fly so high he would mistake them for stars every time he saw one.

What is his favorite aspect of night?

Truth be told, for most of his life? Tycho held little love for the night, only showing any preference for it over day because of his sensitive eyes. But it was the night that led to the end of his lonely days, and let him discover a passion for all things astronomical... among other things, anyway.

Personality:

Luce is a overly curious Ceiral and because of that it causes him to get in quite a lot of

trouble. This is because he might try and investigate why people don't just lift up tents

to get to what they want (he actually did this as a kid), or why chickens sleep in chicken

huts (he angered the farmer after alarming all the chickens).

Apart from him getting in trouble Luce is a very friendly fella. When he passes

someone he usually says " Gooden Mornin' to ya! " or " Brill Afternoon! ". And as you can

tell by those short bits he doesn't talk normally.
