Orcinus is a very passive aggressive and constantly in motion Plumerian. They don't like to be kept waiting, and will easily become aggravated and yet refuse to speak. They consider theirself to be considerate, although others may view them as overly clingy and attention-seeking, even when they don't mean to attract attention. If left alone, or waiting for too long, they will often wander off and not return. Orcinus can be called a restless wanderer, with their attention being hard to catch.
