☛Relationship➜ What can I say? The two could fit in nice and snug with the expression "two peas in a pod". The two are inseparable. The pair were distant with their parents who never seemed to have any time for them. Not that Sylvester could complain, seeing as her brother could captivate her easily.
Since she felt plagued with such a masculine name, Sylvester often spent her childhood days amusing herself during recess, longing to play with the other kiamaras but too afraid of what they'll think of her name. That all changed with her brother.
"Hm... Sylvie maybe?" Sylvester's poor brother had spent the last hour slavishly pondering through many different nick names to try to ease Sylvester's anxieties over her name. As per usual, this name brought nothing but a bored look to Sylvester's eyes and a half hearted shake of the head.
"... I don't understand why you don't go by Meadow, it's such a pretty name," He sighed, renaming the stubborn Kia would be hard, this he already knew, but this was on a whole different ball park.
"Meadow is such a boring name! Why would I want to be named after some dumb field with some dumb flowers and some dumb grass," The younger kia pouted in frustration, her already-run-down-lack-of patience diminishing.
"You are so difficult..."
An hour passed. Nothing.
An hour and a half passed. Nothing.
Then they finally hit gold.
"I got it! Sam!"
"Sam? Where did you get Sam from?" Sylvester cocked her head to the side.
"Your initials of course, what else? Sylvester Ajax Meadows," He let out an exasperated sigh of relief and continued, "So..?"
"Sam... I like Sam."
However, Sylvester, or Sam, could never obtain enough courage to start making friends at her schools. Not necessarily from a lack of courage, more out of habit. Despite the name her brother had so lovingly slaved away creating for her. Sylvester didn't really want it to be a public thing... She wanted only her favorite kia in the world, her dear brother, to call her Sam. It just didn't sound right from any other mouth.
Now, it wasn't exactly all fun and games. They didn't have the picture perfect sibling relationship. Of course Sylvester always enraged when her brother stepped on one of her many scarves that was laid out on the floor, sometimes going as far as to throw food at him. She would follow him while he was hanging out with friends which would agitate him or they just needed a break from each other once in a while. However, Sylvester could always rely on her brother to hide with in the middle of the night, around 1 or 2, the early stages of dreaming, whenever a night terror awoke her. She never could recall what scared her, but the comforting warmth of her brother always seemed to drive the terror-filled feelings away.
