Excuse me, but my tolter Lady Lucielle has roughly the exact same markings... You need to pay attention to tolters that have previously been made. I would appreciate if you changed the pattern of the brindling.

@New Nimbrod97: Oops, sorry. Both horses might have been made with the same photo. I'll see if I can find a different pattern for the markings.

@Baby Bunnies: I'll post up a new brindle picture really soon if that's okay. The coat color is fine though. I don't want to look like I'm copying anyone.

How about this one? Just spread out the brindle to cover a bit more than half of the barrel and keep the lines more thin than Ladys. The brindle marks on the leg can stay.

I have a quick question.... What would happen if someone made a bay roan with a star and a couple grease spots and another person made a bay roan with a star and grease spots. (Lets say... 300 tolters after the first one. ) Would that be the same situation as this?
I am not meaning to be rude at all, but I am just wondering, because Silver didn't mean to pic the same pattern, and this was Silver's custom. To make that perfect first horse. Now I was not aware of the tolter made by Dream six hundred and fifty-one Tolters ago, I probably would have requested a change of refs. But there is a clear difference in placing and technique. Even though the idea is similar.

I am sorry if this sounds rude, I am not meaning it to come out that way. I am just curious and frankly, I have a waiting list of customs that people keep requesting and I have limited access to the computer, so I am not sure when I will have time to redo the design any time soon.

Now I can change it, but it might be a while. And I feel bad that Silver wanted that design and didn't get it. Just think about it?

I really don't appreciate that at all, I will pm you so as not to spam any further. But please have some respect, I treasure Lady Lucielle dearly, and I don't want for another tolter to have identical markings to her. Silver is fine with making changes, and I expect you to do as I've asked, and I understand you don't have all the time in the world, but I want it done.

Look, I really am sorry that I accidentally copied your horse. I was just looking for a perfect image of the perfect horse :I. I did go back to see your Tolter and it was pretty far down on the list, so how would I have known it was taken? If you really want him to be changed, Bunnies, you can use the reference of a different set of brindle markings. Trust me, I can wait . I just don't want you two fighting.

alright. so i do see the resemblance between the two horses, but i don't see an exact copy between horses. and there is also another tolter with those brindle markings but drawn with a different style.

nim, i understand your reasoning for wanting to keep lady uniquely patterned, but unfortunately that horse who was referenced from is one of the most referenced from brindle horses out there. there's bound to be some look-a-likes, and i'm sorry for that. it's hard for people to keep up with near 800 tolters, i myself have made designs who i didn't realize look like other tolters. so i'm not going to ask anyone to change anything unless it truly will be a problem or if silver wants their custom to be edited. all somatic mutated tolters take a long time to create, and though they may look like alike they all have something that makes them different to each other; it's artistic creator, the style, color, and halter c:
for example, two bay tolters with a sock on the same leg and brown eyes probably sounds like they look alike. but they could be colored in such different ways that it makes them different from each other, despite the concept.
