When I was looking up why 8 was considered lucky in Chinese culture, I also found that 9 has a significant meaning too.

The number 9 is associated with Chinese dragons. In addition to that, it sounds the same as the word "longlasting".

So this special Pallio is Chinese dragon inspired! They have elbow/ankle tufts, very long cheek fur, and a beard. Their cape is fiery and long, showing that this Pallio is old but still going strong. Those markings aren't scales by the way, they just look like it.

And to win this one... it's gonna be another raffle. I'll follow the same model as Pallio #8's raffle.
