He was indeed based from a Eastern dragon, more specifically a chinese dragon with some inspo from this flower.

Zeki Name: Chrie
Zeki Personality: He loves to tease people and can take it too far without him even knowing, i guess he's kind of a naive lil baby. ^^ Unlike other heroic others he loves to pretend to be the villian despite getting blamed on or bashed upon because personally, he just doesn't care. He can be cold-hearted and very blunt at times but not in any irrational way and always remains his cool with a sarcastic remark. However, in rare cases he may devote his entire attention to what interests him and sometimes act a little "nicer" to some of his attempts to thank people he favor. And because of that, he can be outright bashful or flustered at these times when people realize his intentions. All in all, he loves pretending to be the villian in all teasing ways, and is actually more dignified and audacious than any other heroic figures. In the end, he wants to (force?) people to shine past their prejudice and selfish ways to become self aware of world issues instead of their own personal conflicts. [I know this is cheesy lol but he does this in a vague way that it's impossible for anyone to notice] But at times, he just wants to have fun even if he may (or may not) have those amazing intelligent and manipulative skills toward his victims. <3

Zeki Personality: Romeo may seem very outgoing and flirtatious,
but when you first meet him, he is pretty shy, and a hopeless romantic.
when he is around someone he likes, he tends to flush a lot, and stutters
on his words. he loves writing poems for the ones' he loves, and he always
buy one single rose for his girlfriend or boyfriend.
Romeo is pansexual.
he is very cheesy, and will say very cute, cheesy pick up lines, but he usually
ends up messing them up somewhere, making his date giggle/chuckle a bit.
he is very loyal and is protective of whom he grows close to.
but he really enjoys teasing and fooling around with his date. he loves to see
the smile on their face, and the sound of their laugh is music to his ears.
he secretly enjoys reading and sketching his favorite parts in the books he reads.

some sort of dragon. he, for some reason, kinda reminds me of one of those Chinese Dragons

Willow guessed it first ^^ He was based from a chinese dragon and hints of flower based pallets. My woi didnt really have anything to do with it, she just has some of my favorite designing tools- Swirls.
For future refs though, None of the Zekis, or other adoptable characters I create will be based from a WOI as those designs belong to other people >>
