"Can't you swim? Where are your fins and gills?" Bou interrogates the stud hovering over the water, looking down at him. The sea-fairing horse is closely examining the equine before him, trying to figure out just what he is. It's definitely of equine descent like himself, yes, but he looks so different, so very odd. "Well, no. I mean I can swim but not like you can. I'm a land-mammal. You're an aquatic mammal, er, fish? I'm not quite sure." The Wild Mountain Equid by the name of Chevy replies rather nervously, feeling a bit intimidated by the GOS. Yes, even though he has the advantage in being able to run away or just step away from the water's edge entirely, he feels like Bou could easily pull him in and attempt to drown him or something. Maybe he wasn't really thinking, you can never be quite sure with Chevy. "Land-mammal? Geez, the land seems so bare and boring though. You should consider hanging out with me sometime, the depths of the ocean are beautiful!" But then, Caribou remembers that he and Chevy are of different species, and snorts. "Or maybe just come here and I can tell you about it." He replies, offering a friendly smile to the WME, who has relaxed quite a bit. "And I can tell you about my 'bare and boring' home adventures." The long-eared equine replies with a chuckle. "I'm Chevy, by the way." "Caribou. You're a funny looking fellow you know that?"
