The irony is that despite his name being 'Ruen' pronounced as "Ruin," he rather
heals instead of destroying the earth.

It doesn't have any sentimental value she just really likes it and sees it as a sort of good luck charm. There is a place on the inside to put a picture in but Casey is saving that spot for someone special, a good friend or her love she's still not sure. Casey also tends to push the metal stopper on top of the watch whenever she's nervous or in a stressful situation. She loves this watch and never leaves home without it even though she's only had it for a few years.
