I chose the name Ra for this boy,
As the name Ra is that of the Egyptian Sun god.
I felt it fitting due to the fiery nature of this boy.

→ Intimidating ;; to overawe or cow, as through the force of personality
Being a rather large boy it's not all that difficult to be intimidating, however it seems Ra has an almost scary appearance, enough to make some wary. With an almost permanent grimace, Ra does tend to appear as a fearsome boy. While he might seem a bit hostile to strangers, Ra is in no way a truly cruel boy, lewd, and mean, yes, but fearsome, perhaps not. This being said, it should also be stated that Ra is a good bit oblivious about his size and ability to force others to cower. However, this is not to say that Ra is meek, no, no rather the opposite, Ra is still a powerful boy, one that takes pride in his profound stamina and extraordinary athleticism. He's one to gloat, and one not too fond of being told to come down. With a power, and size, he's a very daunting boy, both when intentional and when not.
→ Intelligent ;; quick to comprehend
Though Ra has an uncanny ability to be horribly oblivious, Ra is in no way, shape or form a fool. Rather, he is one of wit. Games such as chess are something he truly enjoys. However, this could be conceived as "un-cool" so he tends to veer away from such "lame" things. But, often times, curiosity's grip on the boy takes a toll stronger than that of his ego. He can be found in the library, hidden in the corner, reading for hours at a time. As well as this, Ra is an amateur novelist, writing in his times of solitude. He loves to observe things, and often jots down information whenever he's interested. He has about four notebooks with drabbles of poetry, and inquiries of himself. He writes about anything from the stars to the American revolution to the religions of the world. Ra has an innocent thirst for knowledge, perhaps one of the most genuine things about him. He is one to find peace in the quiet hush of self indulgence when it comes to expanding one's intellect. Though, it is to be noted, intelligence and wisdom are two very separate qualities, not to be confused, because Ra posses little wisdom.
→ Belligerent ;; bullheaded
Much like his pokemon counterpart, Ra will do nearly anything to get his way. He's no stranger to force, as well as haggling. Often, His intimidating appearance is enough to make most back down, however, some it's not enough. Ra is one to stand for what he wants, and not allow others to sway him. With his power and intelligence, Ra has an arsenal powerful enough to make kings bow. However, he does pick his battles well, he's not one to fight about foolish material things, rather he is more aggressive over more important things such as large decisions. As a natural born leader, Ra has a habit of being bossy and rude. He's one accustomed to his ways, as he has not only been a leader, but a loner for a majority of his life. It's not that he dislikes the accompaniment of others, he just prefers being independent. Solitude equals peace and few confrontations, therefore, solitude is much simpler. But don't let his preference of independence fool you, he will stop at nothing to achieve what he feels is the right choice, even if it's obviously wrong.
→ Empathetic ;; to share someone else's feelings
An odd trait for a boy so seemingly ruthless to acquire. But, yes, Ra has a very acute sense for others' feelings and yet the majority of the time, anger or frustration is spat his way. However, opening up to Ra results in a monstrous hug, and much comfort. He's spent most of his life alone, his own choice of course, but that doesn't help the fact that he's been vulnerable and lonely. He does not regret living alone, but he's very familiar with being hurt easily, so he does take into consideration the fact that others might be hurting in a similar way. Ra isn't one to go around hugging everyone and trying to be sweet, no, he rarely show empathy which might lead you to believe he's a cruel boy, however he's fearful of other opinion on him. He considers his extreme empathy a weak spot for whatever reason. However, just because he doesn't disclose the fact that he tends to comfort ailing friends, it doesn't necessarily mean he doesn't participate in healing others' metaphorical wounds. Though he's had no rough past, others have. He's aware of that, and often warns others if they step over boundaries or do something too insensitive. Though he's often perceived as a bully, Ra is in reality no bully, but rather a remedy in some sense. He's caring, but wouldn't dare comfort you if he were in the wrong crowd, and he would hesitate to lie about lending a hand. He's a man of solitude, not one to help others, right?
→ Snarky ;; sharply critical; cutting; snide.
This quality is probably where Ra gets his bad name. He's quick to reply with sharp, witty and usually rude comments. He's quick to insult and quick to laugh at his companions. While funny to others, his words are often recklessly thrown. He's not one to automatically think of the emotions of others, though after seeing hurt expressions he often feels remorse. Ra is one to speak before thinking, provided this, the act of returning a statement with a quick insult is something satisfying for the moment, but it is something he may regret. His ability to come back so quickly is due to his intellect. Thinking quickly and not thinking at all, Ra has acquired this quality, one he is proud of but at the same time something he is shameful of. He knows how words hurt and he knows very well what his words are capable of doing. But, alas, appearing masculine has overcome his will to be kind and to supply sympathy. What a pity, really.
→ Flirtatious ;; full of playful allure
another display of his desperation to appear "masculine" Ra has a tendency to be a bit "playful", if you will. However, he does have rule of thumb to respect that a woman's body is her's and he respects when the word no is stated. What he does is all in good fun to him, but if it causes distress to the other party, what's the fun in that? He enjoys playful banter, and in a sense he means so innocently, since Ra is most likely a demisexual boy. He's one to enjoy browsing, I suppose. As long as the opposite party complies, he holds little restraint. He likes to entertain himself, what can one say.
→ Sensitive ;; easily pained, or insulted
As opposed to most of his personality, or how he likes to display as himself, Ra is a truly sensitive little boy. Though the group he surrounds himself is rough and cruel, Ra is often hurt by their harsh words and sharp tongues. It's not the fact that he can't handle what they say, no, it's not that, it's just that the words remain. Insults often settle under his skin, and when he looks in the mirror the only things visible are those ugly words. He thinks about his actions, feeling repercussions only too late. Ra may be intelligent, but he doesn't learn from his mistakes, so he's stuck in a circle that brings about a pain, a stabbing deep in his windpipe, the kind of pain that makes breathing seem like a burden. Another hidden quality, he doesn't like to admit to others - he's all too familiar with that hollow feeling that leaves a burning sensation where your heart rests. Ra's not stupid - he knows what he's done and who he's built himself up to be, what he is, but how does one go about changing this far down the line? Perhaps that's the challenge.

Ra is not one to relax and remain unmoving. Suffice to say he did not enjoy Iz's company. But, Iz sure didn't mind the company! However, she was only awake for about ten minutes of their meeting....

Patrick ↬ Ra
Patrick being the goofy boy he is happened to charm Ra. Ra was pleased with the awful, stereotypical dad jokes Patrick would crack. The two got along well, and really seemed to hit it off.

Gatsby ↬ Ra
Gatsby being the woman that she is, she expected the utmost respect from Ra. However, she received lewd pick-up lines, and a cold standoffish attitude. Ra expected Gatsby to be a bit more fun, he was told she was a real party goer. Bit of miscommunication there - suffice it to say the two aren't fond of each other in the slightest. It seems the two aren't compatible, I don't think they'le be all that close...

Meribeth ↬ Ra
Meribeth reacted poorly to Ra's flirtatious introduction. However, she did make it clear she had a mate, and would prefer Ra no longer attempt any advances. Once he stopped, Meribeth happily shared stories about her past home, and her travels and transitions. being the curious boy he is, Ra was smitten with Meribeth and her stories and unique heritage. She was interesting and he was very pleased to meet her. As for Meribeth, she enjoyed Ra's interest in her home, it meant a lot to her. The two seem like a good pair - good friends perhaps?

Chernobyl ↬ Ra
Chernobyl was ecstatic to tell Ra about his travels. Ra was happy to listen as Cher listed his travels with much jubilance. Ra could hardly get a word in, but to mind of his own, he really enjoyed the mirth in Chernobyl's voice. There was a refreshing sense of youth to Chernobyl, something that stood out to Ra. Once he actually had a chance to speak, Ra shared his origins, and to his surprise, Cher spoke of his adventures around Ra's home. The boys seemed like old friends - they even planned a trip together.

Pandora ↬ Ra
Pandora has a sugar sweet voice and a quick tongue to match. Even with Ra's intellect, Pandora ran circles around him. When He would try to come back at her, she'd give him these sweet puppy and ask if she upset him. That pulled at his heart strings, so of course he'd say "Not at all, kiddo" and she would smirk and come back with an insult and a sweet little giggle. Pandora thought it humorous, the way Ra would get worked up so easily. Ra is in no way impressed by Pandora's tactics - however, Pandora wouldn't mind playing with Ra's temper more often. The two prefer to play with others.

Everest ↬ Ra
With every flirtatious quip, Everest would come back just as fast. She spoke with intelligence and she didn't take any of Ra's lewd remarks. She was sharp to the point of knocking Ra out of his element. He was surprised at her quick remarks. He was even more surprised once discovering the fact that Everest was related to Pandora. Ra was quite elated to meet someone with a fire in their eyes similar to himself. The two seem to get along well.

Luna ↬ Ra
Ra was ecstatic to meet the mate of Patrick. The young man expected a playful, go-getting woman, someone with a tireless soul much like her mate. However, upon meeting Luna, Ra was distraught the woman was to say the least not what he had expected. The woman he met was timid, and soft spoken. She wasn't all too keen on interacting with Ra. With his playful flirts, her anxiety heightened and made for a very unpleasant encounter. Luna was very kind, but couldn't quite handle Ra's lewd behavior. Upon noticing this, Ra tried to tone himself down, to no avail I might add. The two seemed at a loss for a connection.

Kira ↬ Ra
Ra was relentless with poor little Kira. He'd get too close, and make jokes that made the shy little girl recoil even more. He enjoyed messing with the younger kiamara for only so long, as remorse soon set in. However, Kira isn't one able to forgive and forget all that easily. This made for a good bit of a rough start to their friendship. Ra hopes in the future to patch things up, he regrets what he'd done. The problem being, they're no promise he'll still feel remorse when pressured by his normal crowd. Kira is not quite comfortable with Ra just yet, maybe some time in the future?

Florida ↬ Ra
Ra was smitten with the vivacious young man named Florida. Ra was surprised to get flirty banter returned to him by the man. Suffice to say Ra was captivated, and a little flustered. And a little sad to hear Florida talk about his lovely wife. Not to say Ra wanted to date Florida, but he did want to go out and party, and with Ra's mentality once you're married, no more fun. Florida happily changed Ra's point of view and surprised the younger man. The two seemed to have really enjoyed one another and have plans to bar hop here soon.

Wilona ↬ Ra
Ra really didn't expect much. He quickly discovered that Wilona was the girlfriend of one Gatsby Lane. With this information he was automatically put in a sour mood. As though the two were entirely similar, he figured Wilona would be the same and failed to give the girl a chance to prove herself otherwise. If she had been given the chance, it's likely that Ra would enjoy her quiet inquisitiveness, and her kind-hearted nature. However, Ra's not one to be patient enough to get to know people. He's missed out on many of friendships due to this rude mannerism of his.

Aela ↬ Ra
Much to his surprise, this young teenager was able to keep up in a conversation with him. Ra was exceptionally pleased with the curious nature of Aela. He was pleased to answer her questions due to their thought provoking qualities. Aela is definitely someone who wouldn't slip from Ra's mind. She's sharp and useful, Ra might try and recruit her later on, but who knows. As for now the two seem to really enjoy each other's company.

Gou ↬ Ra
Ra thought Gou would be soft spoken and Sweet, similar to that of Willona. However, upon address her "fine rear" Gou wasn't afraid to snap back at him. Ra was pleased with her willingness to tell him to stop, and he respected that. After that, the two seemed to hit it off. Ra could see himself running the town with Gou, and she the same. The two get along swimmingly. (sorry, Free! pun)

Since Ra is a curious boy, he often tucks away little tidbits of information in his book, a safe place no one will find it. There are all sorts of things in his book, and I have a couple entries typed out if you'd like to read them - of course it's no necessity. "The statue is located in Ushiku, Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan. The third highest statue in the world. Ushiku Daibutsu dwarfs the Statue of Liberty. In fact, the two aren't even in the same league in terms of height. This monument can be seen for miles away, which makes for a truly captivating image. Depicted in stone is none other than Amitabha Buddha (There's a study on the different branches of Buddhism somewhere in here).There are four stories to the bronze masterpiece. Firstly, "Infinite Light and Infinite Life" a speech is given here, and then travel up 85 meters (278.871 ft) to the next level. "World of Gratitude and Thankfulness" is the next level, the area being filled with religious studies. The name "World of Gratitude and Thankfulness" is underlined and highlighted, and Ra has written a personal note, marking this as a must see place. The next level is "World of the Lotus Sanctuary" which houses more than 3000 golden statues of Buddha. After that, there's only one remaining floor, " Room of Mt. Grdhrakuta. This room has a large windows showing a beautiful garden. Ra has started this "entry" - there are little side notes, he wants to travel here some time in his life.

Grüner See, (the green lake), named after its emerald water, and extreme clarity, sits in Styria, Austria. During the summer, the water engulfs the area, due to melting snow. Benches, meadows, docks and trails are submerged. This makes for a stunning underwater world. It appears almost unreal. The water is said to recede mid July, but the flooding lasts from mid-may to June. The entry is started, and there are little notes on the side. The underwater world is similar to that of a video game, or even a movie. Use for inspiration

I do have two favorite parts, but if you're only counting one, please count the second one!
Firstly, I, for some reason loved the berry mixer. I know there are so many other features I could've chosen, but this, the berry mixer? Well, reason being, the first time I had ever played the game, my older brother had beaten it, and not allowed me to re-start it. So I'd go around using his pokemon in pageants and breeding random pokemon, but what I'd play for hours was the berry mixer. I'm not sure why I loved it so much, I just did. Nonetheless, as I've grown my opinions have changed. Don't get me wrong, I still love the berry mixer (and I hope it's in the new game, please) But, when I look at the game now I adore Groudon's stance in the game. Groudon refuses to back down and threatens Kyogre, the pokemon sea god, to a battle in the middle of the sea. Groudon is on at best a 20 foot by 20 foot slab of ground, and it's weak against water as is, but hey, gotta get your point across somehow. I find it not only humorous, but almost inspiring in a way. If it means enough to you, stand up for it, even if you're likely to lose.
