how to win

some people were asking about what I was/am looking for in an adoption form.
rule number one, the biggest rule, don't focus on visual appeal. do not focus on visual appeal.
if you spend all your time using fontmeme text and stock photos to go with your form,
but the personality is unoriginal and the backstory is stale, you
won't win, i'm sorry but your ability to pick out photos and generate
text is less important than your ability to give me a unique persona for the character.
now don't /not use visuals/, they look nice to an extent. and
i'm not saying make your entire form times new roman, size
12 font in black, but don't go overboard.

as a clarification, using photos and fontmeme will not hurt
your chances of winning, they just do not help you as
much as your may think.
also, please please please avoid super bright colors!

i have an appreciation for someone who tries to make
their form the best. adding art is very nice and i love
seeing people draw my designs! however, drawing the
stellari will also not guarantee a win.
please be wary of that.

Stellari's background/history} Rin has never really been in contact with others of her kind, sticking close to her own in fear that something might happen to it if she went away from it. The only times she has ever been away from her star is to go collect resources (Like food, water, etc).

(Anything else)Personality} Rin is a very jumpy Stellari greatly fearing her star's safety too the point where her own tail spooks her. She is a childish character who has the emotional state of a human 4 year old - so while some things wouldn't be hurtful to others, to her, it would hurt allot - but she easily forgives, and laughs at it like a happy memory.

Valendria

Ａｓ ａ ｃｈｉｌｄ;

Considering her very dark appearance against a family full of warm, vibrant colors, she was always very insecure about herself. In most occasions of coming in contact with family, Valendria would stay with her one close sister, Angelina, who was also unfortunate of having a very dark contrast of colors. Growing more aware of her difference between her and her surrounding family, her image on her appearance baffled her greatly.

However, her family just thought her attitude about socialization was just her personality. In a rather humorous way to approach there daughter's insecurities(and not to mention unemotional behavior), they thought it would be best to hire another Stellari child to play friend towards Valendria. Knowing this was an attempt to get her to crack her shell, she continued to shun the little child, not wanting to get involved with any youth. Her perception of friends is very limited, not venturing outside of her little hideout has ultimately blinded her view on what friendship would be.

As insecurity led to hatred against others throughout highschool, Valendria wasn't exactly the social butterfly. Instead, she stuck to a certain person, she knew deep inside she wouldn't want to be all alone in her journey through highschool. Shalyn, a quite popular Stellari throughout the school, invited the outsider to a very prestige party that, everyone was apparently going to. On the night of the party,Valendria showed up early, as she always does at school, to be separated from the upcoming crowd for a few special hours. Shalyn, being the total opposite of what you would think of a highschooler, made sure Valendria felt at home. However, being the stubborn one of the family, she refused to believe anybody would go to extreme measures just to make sure she could fit in with the rest. Surely enough, it worked. People were flooding into the house, music blared, confetti was popping, the smell of popcorn, soda, and various food were variant in the packed house. Valendria had a feeling that Shalyn was different then what she thought she was, a friend.

Persuading her dream of being a designer, she learned to craft full, colorful clothing. Quite surprisingly, due to her wanting of flashy, neon colors to be in her closet, but with little money in her teen years, she has decided to create her own styles that she sells. Her imagery on colors, have astonishingly worked out perfectly, each color goes together, nothing seems to be out of place. However, you can't run a business without your own manager who supervises the sales, work out offers, keep money organized, and all the behind work. Who would have thought that Valendria would choose Shalyn as her very own business partner, and best friend. Valendria's clothing has boomed since they have opened a little shop in Paris, sandwiched by two high class clothing designer stores. Growing up as of now is very vibrant for Valendria, she continues to piece together warm, clothing.
