Berry's favorite fruit is strawberries. He loves the juicy, sweetness of them. They remind him of those early summer days when he was a foal. The sun would be shinning bright, and his mother would always be close by. His rider would give him and his mom strawberries. Berry was also picked on sometimes by the other foals for his unusual coloring. But he would always cheer up when his rider came with delicious strawberries just for him and his mom. As Berry grew older, he became quite the trouble maker, and was a bit unpredictable. He was always having fun. He would chew his strawberry and spit it out. When someone slipped on it, it was his prank of the day. He would act very proud of himself all day. He could be very stubborn to. Yet, for such a stubborn, unpredictable, stallion, he has such a sweet soft side. Especially when he has sweet, juicy, strawberries.

This dragon fruit is his favourite not only because of its name but because it is almost as stunningly beautiful as him! But mostly because dragon fruit tastes wonderful! - sweet and crunchy, with a flavor that's like a cross between kiwifruit and pear.

Why Is It His Favorite?: When Ten was just a yearling, he was often picked on by some of the larger colts since he was always a little smaller than the others. He often found himself cast out from the bunch and hanging around by the pasture fence hoping for some attention from the humans in an attempt to not feel so lonely. A little girl with blonde pigtails took a bit of a fancy to the strange looking colt, and started edging closer to the fence day after day. Her mother worked at the stables Ten was born at, and due to lack of access for day care for her daughter, had to bring the little girl to work everyday. The little girl was given a snack and was free to explore the stables to her heart's content. On the particular day her and Ten finally met, the little girl was given a banana. When she was close enough to the fence, Ten started to sniff the strange treat. The little girl, curious, broke off a piece of the fruit and gave it to him, and he went crazy for it. The banana eventually became a symbol with them and was an everyday occurrence until Ten was sold off to a different ranch. However he still loves the yellow fruit, cause it reminds him of the first real friend he ever had...Also he finds it hilarious when someone slips on the empty peel outside his stall door and falls on their bum.

Why Is It His Favorite?: Brandon has always been known around the barn for his snarky attitude, and unpredictable personality. He did what he wanted, and no rider could get in the way of his will. If he felt like it, he'd dodge a jump and refuse to take the leap. On other days he'd propel himself over a small cross rail as if it were a 5ft oxer. There was no telling what this stallion was planning. He was also extremely picky with his treats, and spat out the common apple or carrot as if they weren't good enough for his expensive tastes. The only thing anyone could get him to take was pineapple. It was discovered on accident when one of the more timid riders fed it to him after he behaved well in a lesson. She felt the need to reward him for his unusually good performance, however, all she had in her lunch was a small fruit salad. Figuring it was better than nothing, she offered him a piece of pineapple and waited for his response. Surprisingly, he didn't reject the treat as he normally did. Instead, he gave it a slight sniff before taking it in his mouth and eating it. The unique, and zesty flavor appealed to him, and the slight burn that came afterwards only succeeded in making him want more. The taste was extreme, inconsistent, and suited his personality perfectly. No other treat was good enough, and if you want for him to behave, then you'd better bring a slice of pineapple with you.
