Her charm would be a few feathers. One blue, one red, and one yellow. These would be becuase she absolutely loves fishing, and this is the lure she uses!

Alue's favorite spot to fish is under the willows next to a stream. She loves the was the leaves sway in the wind, it all has a nice calm feeling to it. Not to mention, it has a lot of fish!

She is very prideful when it comes to her fishing. She demands to fish every 2 days. Every month. Forever. She is really kind when her mind is off fishing, but does boast about her talents.

I must say I'm excited, but that's beside the point. Also, you don't know how much it'd mean to me to win this particular Foxer as my first because fishing is something that's incredibly close to my heart. There's more to that, but I don't want to bore you with the sob stories of a stranger. Let's get to the actual form! c:

⚓Name⚓ ;; I'm christening this little beauty (if I win her) with the name Thomasina Gilligan. The first name is very close to my heart as it reminds me of the sea, and it seems very fitting for this young Foxer. Her friends sometimes address her as Tommie, though. Because of this nickname, her schoolmates often thought of her as a rough, vicious tomboy who likes to get muddy and play aggressive sports, but that's only partially true. Tommie only plays one sport, if you consider fishing a sport, which she does. There are competitive fishing leagues, and when you're not fishing against other Foxers, it's a competitive struggle between you and the fish! She also received the name from its male counterpart, Thomas, which belonged to her father, her grandfather, and a lot of other males in her family. It's a traditional name, and she's happy to uphold her family traditions, which also include fishing!

⚓Charm⚓ ;; Her charm is her favorite homemade fishing lure that she wears in her ear to keep it from being broken. She and her father made it together many years ago out of bottle caps and beads. It looks somewhat like the one in this picture (except more like a fish), blue being her favorite colour, but with a childish touch. Lumped with hardened glue in some places, badly painted by a young Thomasina, sprinkled with shimmering silver glitter to make it look like the light reflected by the water, and adorned with a feathery tail and a "googly eye" on each side of its head (the left one is a bit lopsided), Thomasina keeps it with her in her ear at all times, because with it come many happy memories of fishing with her father, their favorite pastime. It's also special because every fishing trip, Thomasina paints a dot on the lure, and each year she uses a different colour, so she can keep track of all the fishing trips she goes on. It was originally blue, buts all of the little dots of colour blend together to form a beautiful rainbow mix, in a style similar to pointillism. Sometimes, when she feels lonely or scared, she'll talk to the little fish-shaped lure in her ear and pretend it sends her messages to other Foxers. She lovingly nicknamed it "Finn".

⚓Favorite Place to Fish & Why⚓ ;; Thomasina loves nothing more than to grab her pole and tackle box, dig up some fresh worm bait, and walk with her father over the hills behind her house and down into a tiny valley that dips into the water. The lake is named, at least by them, Caterby Crest, and, despite it being located near a busy road, remains a complete secret to Thomasina and her family. There she and her father will set up their chairs and cast their lines out into the beautiful glassy water in hopes of bringing home some dinner or even a new pet. Sometimes, they'll take their canoe with them and fish further into the middle of the lake. The fish there are superb; they taste delicious no matter how you cook them. Not only that, but they are in abundant supply and easy to catch, with the right amount of time and patience, well, at least for Thomasina. Although there are many fish in the lake, it takes real skill to hook one, and years of practice. Her father ensured that Tommie, like the rest of the family, would grow up so close to the lake it was a second home to her, and that she would be a champion fisher and follow in their footsteps.

Thomasina would never dream of fishing anywhere else because of all of the fond memories she has of Caterby Crest. Whether she's accompanied by her father, grandfather, or one of her several uncles, the best days of her life always involve fishing. If memories were made of gold, she'd be a millionaire, because her memory bank is full to bursting. Remember that time Dad fell off his canoe, so I fell in after him? Or that time when we saw those flying fish jump out of the water? Or that time a raccoon made off with our picnic basket? All of these things tie an emotional anchor to the lake, and Thomasina values the lake above almost all else.

Besides memories and fish, Caterby Crest is a beautiful spot to just sit and admire nature. Thomasina often comes here to do her deepest thinking about her future, or just anything in general. Sometimes she'll bring drawings or haikus and use the inspiration that fills her mind to her advantage. These are her two main hobbies besides fishing. The perfect time to come is at sunset. The sky alone is beautiful, looking like one of Thomasina's watercolour paintings with its streaks of purple and crimson and gold blending seamlessly to create the perfect backdrop, but when it is framed by the darkened silhouettes of the willow trees that stand on either side of the lake, forming a leafy curtain and the lake reflecting the dying sun as it sinks into the water, and then add in the ambience of the gentle croak of the frogs and the symphony of the crickets, the sights, sounds, and overall atmosphere is simply to die for. (Note: Although a picture says a thousand words, I didn't include a reference photo because I wanted to see what you could imagine Caterby Crest looks like based on my written description. And, since this is a secret place unknown to almost everyone, your imaginings of it and someone else's could be completely different.)

Tackle can mean many things, but I chose this because of the whole bait and tackle thing with fishing. And it suits him.

Tackle's charm is this. It is lime green in colour except with some white on it, like the one in the middle. This is special to Tackle because he caught his first ever fish with it. He calls it his lucky lure.
Favorite Place to Fish & Why ;;
"Oh boy. That's a tough question. I love fishing everywhere and in all environments. But most of all I love the sea, the salty water that licks at the sand. There are so many beautiful fish in there. I like to sit at the end of a dock and fishing there. It's very peaceful and enjoyable. Or I love taking a boat out and going out deeper, where the better fish hide. But honestly I'm happy fishing anywhere, as long as I'm fishing."

And then, there are the puns. Any puns, though mostly his puns are fish puns. He'll always find a moment to insert a pun, no matter how bad it is. He also makes a lot of terrible fish jokes too that make others groan.
