Meridan. A seer, one who passes judgment. Yet is it really her who must pass favor to others? Or is it that others must put their favor it her? Meridan - she who watches, she who waits and singles out the shining from the dull. She is a smokescreen, a trickster, and her words are tangled with lives past and present. Be wary, she's a dangerous one, and it's only she who knows who is shining and who will fall.

Coming from a single-fruit family, Meridan often longed for siblings. However her parents could barely handle the rowdy teen by themselves, and so chose to have only Mer. She longed for a littermate, and though she never got her wish she delights in the fact that others can have littermates, and perhaps she will one day be given permission to pick two fruits with a chosen mate.

Meridan has a bit of an obsession with shiny things. Pretty stones, bright flowers, bits of shells or even shiny tree bark - she loves all of it. Her piercings are an extension of that, she wants to adorn herself with pretty things and by extension become everything that she holds dear.

Personality:

Arrai is tenacious and sometimes overly cautious. She tends to be slow to make important decisions, but she has learned to be spontaneous and fun on occasion.

One thing she loves about The Tree of Life:

Arrai loves the peace and serenity that the Tree of Life brings. Under the shade of the tree, you can almost hear the faint voices of the souls inside the tree. She loves to sing soft songs under it's branches.

Why all the piercings?:

She was the child born into a wealthy family, and all of the piercings have memories associated with them, such as when she met her sibling.

Ahioko name:
Yuko

Personality:
Yuko is a mysterious Ahioko. She tends to keep secrets and likes to keep knowledge to herself. She has knowledge on almost everything and is an expert in her art and The Tree of Life. She doesn't like it when others ask questions so tends to isolate herself from them, there is a reason for that. However; she keeps it deep into her heart and if your a normal Ahioko your not likely to find out. If you (somehow) get past her outer shell she's actually really nice and has a strange quirk to say 'dear' after almost every sentence. She is fascinated by everything living,growing,existing. She is one of nature and usually ventures to the outer world. She can be a bit arrogant sometimes but, only if you question her. (136)

One thing she loves about healing:
Yuko loves the art of healing because she is great at it and its unique. It brings her closer to nature and the excuse to go out and explore other areas. She loves the way magic has vast techniques and the very essence of it being special. She can feel the magic in her body when she produces it and loves that feeling. It's energizing and powerful, she also comes into the Medicine Healer's dens to 'check on their patients' or basically watch how they use the herbs.

Why all the piercings?:
She was heartbroken once. She was young. Naive. Rash. Unknowing. She took all the piercings because she wanted her old mate to see what he had changed her to be. She gets a new one every-time she is reminded of him. She also uses them to scare away the younger Ahiokos because they get a bit scared of her with all the piercings.

Wow, quite a lot of nice entries however there was one I loved the most.

I have to say I was very impressed with the detail put into her reasons as well as the flow of the form.
