It's very easy to start trusting him and tell him your deepest secrets; so easy that some have even considered that he's hypnotizing people to tell him the information. As likely as it may seem, this assumption is false and is typically followed by Bill giving a sly smirk in your direction.
When he's angered, it can be very terrifying and occasionally traumatic. If he gets pushed too far over the edge, he will throw a fit in blind rage and holds no mercy. You won't typically see him this way, as he's usually a very easy-going guy.
