Sumi sat soundlessly peering out the window
____A new town, new people she did not know passed by.

Sumi flipped around to her apartments, small and full of boxes. She was so far from home and her family, and now Sumi was feeling melancholy. She had moved out for College, she wanted to get a good degree, to follow her dreams. She missed her sister and the town she had grown up in, Sumi stood and shook off her homesickness. She forced a smile on her face, “I can’t get sad now.” Shuffling through the boxes Sumi began to unpack what few things she had.
A knock on the door brought her out of her trance, “Who could that be?”

Sumi opened the door, and there stood the divinest boy she had ever seen. Golden hair and blue eyes staring and smiling at her,
“Hey, I came to say hello to my new neighbor, I brought you some cookies.”

“Wow, thanks!" Sumi replied “It’s nice to meet someone, what’s your name?”

“Derick,I'm new to town.”

Smiling “Then we are I the same boat, I hope we can be friends”

Laughing Derrick replied “Why else would I bring cookies”

Espresso listened to the roar of the ferry boat as it cruised along the shore, around half a mile from the land. Her fur ruffled slowly in the breeze, being that day had to be one of the chilly ones in summer. A squeal from a young plumerian alerted her from her trance by scanning the water, and looked up towards the bow. She tilted her head, and practically held her breath, itching to have a glance at a whale. This was her third time this week to spot one, but failure had showed itself each time she had tried. Espresso leaned away from the handlebars, and began to slowly make her way through the small crowd of others to get to the front.
Finally being able to break free from the hustle of plumies, her gaze was wrenched back to the bluish water, hoping for a sign of some type. She jumped as the sound of a huge breath came from the port, and her head snapped in the direction. Espresso smiled, and fumbled for her camera. It clicked a few times as she got around 4 pictures, but it soon had disappeared as fast as it had come.

The sweet scent of many blossom trees filled the air as the train stopped slowly.
Blossom couldn't be any more terrified of the others staring at her as they passed to get off of the train.
She hopped down, getting off of the seat, to follow the sweet scent of the newly bloomed trees. When she got off,
she was amazed at how many trees there were, pink, a soft green, and white blossom trees. She noticed someone
standing not to far away, waving her over. She quickly padded over, trying not to get trampled by the many plumerian still coming from the train.
I smiled and gently said hello as the other plumerian came my way. "Hello there, i'm Dawn, your new neighbor!" I said, trying not to frighten her off, knowing it was her whom would be my new neighbor.
Blossom nodded, allowing me to lead the way to her new home.
Once we arrived,
I helped her settle in, so we could relax later.
