Deerssert are a mystical, mythological species that appear in history every so often. Sightings grew sparser and sparser through the years, but now they've started to appear more and more. Here at the HQ, a centre dedicated to keeping these creatures from being hunted, we cannot foster them all-- and that's where you come in!

The simplest way to explain them? Deersserts are deer with a twist! While the specifics vary from deer to deer, they all have a few things in common. Deersserts have muscle, skin, fur and bone, but they are described as tasting like sweets. Their scent lingers so much that hides carry a fragrant scent even after death. Instead of fluffy tails, they have a pouf of whipped cream or ice cream [depending on the deer!] with some manner of fruit on top.

Size-wise, they're about the size of a border collie, but have been known to grow to the size of a horse in rare cirucmstances. [In even rarer circumstances, they have gotten bigger. This is the largest deerssert known.] Likewise, they are born as small as a full-grown rabbit, and some never progress past this size.

So, this would be my third deerssert adopt! I tried to go with a moon/star or night goddess theme....I am not particularly happy with it, but I guess it will have to do! This is an impress me contest. Add whatever you like and prettying up the form is highly encouraged! Please at least add the following things:

The two mainly mentioned here, Vepra & Zerys, are not actual characters. However, they'v been ideas of mine for awhile if that matters or not.

It is said that Luciana was created by the goddess of the dawn, Vepra, as a companion for her son Zerys, who was the god of night. Vepra had gotten the idea for Luciana one day as Zerys was complaining about how lonely and dark the night was. Each day he said this, and each day Vepra listened in solemn silence. It is true, the night was filled with abysmal darkness that rarely any creature dared to be caught in and very lonesome. So one day Vepra came to Zerys in the midst of night. She was carrying several ingredients, she explained upon being confronted by Zerys's confusion, to help cure his ailments. She explained that she was going to create a companion for Zerys.

Zerys watched in wonder and anticipation as he watched his mother work. It took until almost dawn of the next day to finish the ritual. Once Vepra was finished, another deerssert being now stood with her. With that, she left Zerys with her new creation. Zerys was awestruck and named her Luciana. Luciana then became the goddess of the moon and stars. Their relationship quickly grew into that of a father and daughter. This was centuries ago and, now, Luciana is the bringer and guardian of night, as Zerys was. She had inherited and ultimately gained Zerys's powers over the darkness and nighttime on his passing.

Though she may be considered old to others, Luciana is full of curiosity and adventure. There's so much she wants to explore, so much she wants to see. She dreams of traveling the world but due to her only being able to come out at night, is just a fantasy. Luciana knows the responsibilities she has and takes the job of Guardian of the Night very serious even if she herself isn't. She's somewhat childish and immature and can even be ignorant and stubborn as a child sometimes. She's easily excitable, no matter how big or small the thing is, and can even be a tad bit selfish even if she doesn't realize it.

Overall, she's not a bad or evil being. While she does try to be a 'do-gooder', some aspects of her personality do hinder that to a certain degree. Luciana does not mean to be the way she is, in reference to her selfishness and other bad traits, but it was just the way she was made. Despite being created by a powerful deity, she still had flaws. She hates when others point out her flaws and can get very self conscious about them.

Hey guys, i see you've happened to pass by and see my form. thanks for that. anyways, i am called a variety of usernames. From Alavii, to Estrella., To Guardian of Estrella, to Agent Zero, Blue Blood. and Jengo-Chai... to a few more usernames. but all that is linked back to me. as you can see i am a frequent username changer. and some i can't remember because i've changed to so many of them. But currently, i am Commander omni and omni-s. this username is actually suppose to be Commander omniscient. but i thought about it and shortened it to Commander omni. most will call me omni. no matter how hard i try. I am female so don't forget that. you have NO idea how many times people call me a guy. i'm not a guy. or am i?

I have a slight tendency to talk alot. i mean type alot but in real life, talk alot. when i'm tired all i want to do is converse. but anyways, i am good at traditional art and is picky on colors. so if you want advice on a color scheme. pm me and i'll give you my input on it. i love wolves. i have a large dislike for the color yellow. i am a person that likes darker colors. yellow just throws me off. i know the sun is yellow but come on. i still don't like it. give me a break. anyways, back to the deerssert topic, i currently own 5 deersserts. Pandemonium, Gardien, Sway, Axel, and Gabriel. they are all my babies. my very first deerssert, and well loved, maybe too much, is my deerssert pandemonium, but everyone calls him pande.

he is my land a loving and drawing baby. that's for sure. i loved him from the start. my second deerssert that i won from a contest was Gardien. his full name is Gardien des bluets, meaning Gardien of the blueberries. My third deerssert, and also my baby, is Axel. Axel Frost. He's a mint grower, he loves to grow mint leaves. My fourth deerssert was Gabriel. He's the special attention one. He used to be a pirate before he turned south and became the alpha of the woods. He has gotten the title ''alpha'' because of the fact that he is the friend or ''alpha'' of the wolves. My fifth deerssert that I got just days ago was by the name of Sway. He is a crazy lover of smiles. And has painted the sidewalk to the adoption center gold with sparkles.

Lots of them. So you literally have to walk that path trail to get to the adoption center. You can it stop smiling when you walk across it. He, is my custom and an important piece of this contest. you'll see why later on. Now i'm heading for my sixth or seventh deerssert depending on when sway's brother is created. And with 3 possible slots left, this definitely not my last contest.

Why do i want this beaute.

for one thing, the coloration of this deerssert is amazing. i love the Coors of him. The blues and soft yellows go together with the moon like design. and since the design is of the moon, and the moon is light. here's the uncanny thing. he is the apollo, the god of light. because of the fact that i own 5 others, this one will be my sixth. he is very special to me. and i love him. everything about him. he and Sway will become good friends. while Gabriel will have an enemy. and this one is going to be from greek culture, this is going to be a big rift in the gap. i do like the fact that he is line-edited. but that's not why i'm here. i see a special connection with him. it's amazing truly. i was drawn to him from the very start of this contest.

what am i do do with this precious.

when i first see it, i will start to scream and cry. and most likely it will brighten up my day. it's something i can look forward to. I'll hop on and see if i won or not. when i go to roleplay him. i will make sure to have him with sway. because sway is like a father to him, why not roleplay them together? i mean, why? art made by others and me will stay. i will leave credits and such, and make him a website when i gather up all my characters. interaction with all my other desserts will become more frequent. since they could have little quests and adventures together. the stories will become longer and longer as i go on and they will be able to help me win more deersserts of the like. as well. the more characters in the story, the better. on the forums with this deerssert, is going to be more frequent. and as soon as i've hit my limit i am commissioning someone to do a group at of all my deersserts. in the future, i will keep track of them. as i said once i get my website up and running. and after all this, i'm going to sleep happy with all my deersserts beside me.
