phoenix and I plan to release goodie bags/eggs whenever we feel like it; it could be at anytime during the day/night. (does that answer your question? if not, pm me.)

as said above, they're released at any time of the day/night. I shall contact phoenix to discuss if one could release in the day and one at night, so that users, like you, who are awake (cst is my timezone), can get a chance as well. (I'm a night owl anyway so I'm usually up late into the night. XD)

It's as Dewey said. We don't have a specific time set to release them, but we will try to spread them out. The first hunt was more of a test run to see how smooth it works. We will try our best to give a chance to everyone, but we cannot make any promises. uvu
