It is not based on this snake, but I will give a few clues:

-it IS a reptile
-it has 4 legs
-this Rui-Shi is based on the blue-ish version, but others include green, brown and grey
-I only need the picture or the subfamily name, not the exac species.
-look closely at her back and mane!

Not quite, but this is pretty close. The only thing missing is the tail ridge.

A little help: the picture doesn't indicate where it lives, but the lizzard's name has something in common with the picture. (hint: not the ocean)
