CWHR: Bay Brindle with Birdcatcher Spots

Postby preppy paws » Tue Jul 22, 2014 2:06 pm

How about a gene like this one huh??

Ends after 5 entries.

Show Name: Tyrannosaurous Rex
Barn Name: Rex
Gender: Stallion
Height: 17 hh
Age: 6 years old
Personality: As the name suggests Rex, is a very large stallion, not just in physical size but in personality. Like most thoroughbreds Rex is extremely energetic and loves to run. Rex competes as a racehorse, and he loves his job. He is extremely competitive and hates losing. After a loss he usually sulks in his stall. Due to how energetic he is, Rex is difficult getting into the gates, and sometimes due to his excitement he has bad starts. He always makes up for it by the finish though. Rex gets along really well with a short little pony named Timmy. In the pasture they romp around and play like foals. Another thing about Rex is that he's very food aggressive, even with Timmy. You have to be really careful when handling your food, or else, you may get a sharp bite.
Coat Color: Brindle Bay
Markings: Birdcatcher spots, blaze
Why Do You Want It?: I've been looking for a nice brindle boy for a long time, and the Birdcatcher spots are just the icing on the cake.
What Will You Do With It?: Rex will have a nice home on my HARPG ranch. He will be competed in numerous races, before eventually being retired for stud.
Other:

Something tells me that I know that this is the right owner. No idea why but my gut is punching me telling me that you are thee one.

Also Teresa, to get things back on track with CHWR. Can I put some FCFS horses up? And I also have a custom I want to get up here at CWHR.

        Owner: teresa8oats
Show Name: Every Days My Birthday
        Barn Name: Confetti
        Gender: Mare
        Height: 16.1hh
        Age: 6
Personality: Confetti is always having a bunch of fun. whether it is out on a train ride or inside her stall. She never seems to have a moody day, and she is one of those horses you will always call a "filly". She is not so much a "horses" horse. She loves hanging around humans, but will ignore other horses as if they where not even their, giving all her attention to the closets human. She wants to be open to other horses, but seriously thinks she is a human herself. She secretly has a crush on another stallion, but she is not telling. Maybe someone can make her spill the beans, by tickling her! Yes, she is extremely ticklish on her belly! Why is this not surprising for a horse like her?
Short Story: I pushed through the barn doors, half asleep, Marvel barking behind me. As I raised my head, I expected to see what I see every morning. A ling isle of horse stalls, heads peeking out curiously, but instead, a blurry brown figure stood in the horse isle in front of me. I rubbed my eyes trying to figure out who it was. No doubt, it was Confetti. She has been getting out for the last few days during the night. She walked up to me, her head swaying back and forth. "Oh my gosh Confetti! Seriously? You know you are being a menace! You better stop getting out at night, or we will have to..." but I was cut off by her cute whinny. She bobbed her head, showing her teeth, which looked like a smile. Of course, it looked like a horse who actually knew what I was saying, and was responding that she would not get out again. Believe me, that was not the case. It was just another commonly cute act from the commonly cute horse. Marvel had been standing behind me, listening to the conversation, and made himself known to be present with a loud bark. Surprised, I jumped a foot in the air. Confetti smiled and bobbed her head again. "NOT FUNNY CONFETTI! Don't you go ganging up with that puppy back their!" At that moment, one of the borders came in to the stable. She smiled to herself. Here I was, talking to the animals as usual. I shrugged, grabbed the nearest halter, and brought Confetti back to her stall. She smiled as I walked away. Marvel seemed to smile back. Well, I guess I am the 'funniest' thing in the barn now!
        Coat Color: Bay
        Markings: Blaze and birdcatcher spots
Why Do You Want It?: She is soooo beautiful and uniqe. I don't have too many of these super gene bomb horses... I think actually two sore something. Most of the time I am not attracted to them like common colors, but I LOVE this gal!
What Will You Do With It?: She will be mostly just a horse to make fan art for... maybe for breeding... but not so much a brood mare as some of my other mares. I will totally find her a mate and make art of them together

          Owner: {h o r s e}
          Show Name: Zig Zag
Barn Name: Bump in the Road
          Gender: Mare
          Height: 15.2hh
          Age: 6 years
          Breed: Danish Warmblood
Personality: Zig Zag is a bundle of energy, always doing things. You generally need to exercise her for longer periods of time, to avoid her being fresh in the morning. She is hard to tire out, and becomes quite restless though. Behind the flurry of energy is a sweet and willing horse, who will do anything to please her owner. She is incredibly talented at cross country - except for the water jump. Her only flaw.
Story: I responded to my rider's aid, galloping faster and faster across the cross country field. I galloped faster and faster, jumping jump after jump. But then we reached the water jump. My worst fear. I freaked, slowing my gallop. My rider sighed and pushed me on. I knew I had to do this, I closed my eyes and took a deep breath, launching myself over the jump. I could feel myself clear it, then splash down into the cold, icy, scary water. I shot off, faster than I had ever galloped before to get out. But at least I had done it. My rider laughed, patting me as she tried to balance her self through the gallop. 'First place here we come!' I took off at a gallop, towards the finish line. We had done it!
          Coat Color: Bay Brindle
          Markings: Birdcatcher Spots
Why Do You Want It?: She is incredibly beautiful, and I need her at WWS. She is perfect for XC.
What Will You Do With It?: I will do art, write stories and just.. do everything. She would become a part of WWS
Other: OMG. Preppy. This is so beautiful.

Owner: Arrows
Show Name: On The Clock
Barn Name: Tok
Gender: Stallion
Height: 16.1 HH
Age: Ten
Personality: Tok is a timely and stubborn stallion. He likes everything to go his way when he wants it, where he wants it, and how he wants it. Yes, he's a bossy boy. Tok does well under pressure and comes up with his best ideas in a snap when he has to. Tok works furiously when there's a deadline, and dreads flaws and not being done. He's extremely adamant about time and just wants everything perfect when it needs to be. A perfectionist is exactly the word to describe Tok!
Coat Color: Bay Brindle
Markings: Birdcatcher Spots
Why Do You Want It?: I really do love brindles and birdcatchers - I have one brindle. They are really gorgeous and peculiar. I would really love to have this stallion - I adore that crazy mane and his unique - ness.
What Will You Do With It?: I will make some art, breed him, make a longer story, probably. I didn't have a ton of time to elaborate in the categories, so I hope to add more detail if I win.
Other: He's amazing.
