OK, Hyensa and I have talked it over and
These are a set of rules that must be followed if you are to open one of these, artists.
• People can order up to two, but they must be from different artists
• Artists make sure they haven't ordered off of anyone else
• Make sure customs are posted on the main custom thread
• People are only allowed to own two customs, please remember that and check how many customs someone has.

I have a question
I was the first to order a custom when they opened but it was never done
is it never going to be done since customs are closed?

I'm happy to take on uncompleted customs but I have to warn you there will be a long wait time. ;w; I'm working on 4 customs at the moment and have family and education commitments. And you must abide by the rules above!
