I have a quick question. I am unable to use Oekaki because of a block that suddenly came in an update on my computer; and no matter what I've tried I can't get it to unblock it. So my question is, can I draw a Teacup Kitten in my PhotoShop if I promise to follow the guidelines you have listed here and within the adopts?
If not I completely understand. ^^
