[Slimedog]

So we have our second Psycry, this lil fella is up for grabs. It has dark markings with black tabby stripes and spotted ears, it's tail seems to be a bit longer than usual. Unlike most Psycrys this one has two orbs on the top of it's lil' pawfeets, and they happen to be a pretty strange color too; charcoal. What a odd little thing this one is.

Are you afraid of the dark?: Yes. Because no matter how relieving it is to turn on a light and see that those lumped up covers aren't actually a body, or the way the shadows in the bathroom crawl away when you turn the light on and fail to show a killer or monster from a figment of my imagination, it doesn't compare to the fear I feel of being in the dark. Whenever I'm going up the ladder of my loft bed it's hard not to skip a rung or two because of what I imagine is down there. If I look in the corner it's head will turn slowly, neck cracking and straining to adjust as the hair falls from a normal position blanketing the back, to the chest. It's eyes are bloated and red, veins bulging and swimming as the teeth bare and gnash quietly, making the clicking noise of dry bone against dry bone. Worse yet are the way it's elbows bend like a spider, much like the feet as a sinewy hand reaches out for my ankle, scuttles after me as I try to make it fully onto the bed. It's a fear I've had for a very long time, and doesn't look like it will go away anytime soon.

........Yes I am. But it's .. weird to explain I guess? If I'm in complete darkness, I get really claustrophobic and go in to a sort of panic mode. As long as I have some kind of noise or light, even if it's just a bit, I'm fine.

Yes and no. I get jumpy if I let my mind wander too long about what could possibly be in the dark (When in reality I know there's nothing.), but if I'm exhausted and know I have to sleep because it's like 5 am I just put my ear-buds in and listen to music to distract me to sleep. I can't sleep facing away from a certain side and normally sleep on my back because I've watched way too many horror flicks and on top of that have a creative mind, so who knows what I'll imagine up. Though sometimes if I'm upset, I enjoy sitting in the dark by myself, as I find it very calming. I can also deal with it if I have a friend over or if I'm outside listening to the rain or looking at the stars.

Are you afraid of the dark?: Mostly yes. My reason for this is because my sight is a bit messed up, I see "static" (I believe I have something called Visual Snow.) that is more prominent at night; this causes me to see shapes in the dark, mostly my mind forming human like shapes out of the static and causing a movement like pattern to appear. Because of this I have a high dislike for the dark, sometimes when my anxiety is going crazy on me I will have an extremely hard time falling asleep; but most of the time I'm not scared of the dark and I know that the shapes I see are nothing but my imagination at work.
