⇢Favourite summer treat and why⇠

Veronis favourite summer treat is a peach bubblegum flavoured snow cone. She used to eat it with her dad at summertime when she was younger but now that she is older she eats it alone at the beach, because Ver eats it so much it means she's learned how to make it. She is hoping to open up her own little stand to sell snow cones in different flavours at summertime around the beach because it's something that Veroni enjoys making and since she is amazing with other people and very friendly she can make a few new friends.

Frozen Grapes

I love frozen grapes because they are both a way to stay healthy and cool in the summer. They taste great and send a chilling sensation through my body every time I eat them. Although there are a handful of grapes that get squishy or taste nasty, they will always be my favorite treat to cool down in the summer. I love trying to toss them up and catch them, despite the fact that if I miss it may hurt since it's frozen.

Frozen grapes are a great treat to share with your friends to! They are like tiny bite sized cold treats that send you to a great and tasty frozen summer. I know it isn't the best explanation, but I'm not very good at explaining things ^.^" you should try them some time!

First up, it's not a real name. It's actually a misspelling of the Hawaiian name 'Kaikaina', meaning 'younger sibling', by combining it with another Haiwaiian name, 'Kaikala', 'the sea and the sun'. I've always spelt it wrong, as though there used to be a character in my favourite show with the name it was never written down, so I simply assumed incorrectly. The vague meaning of this combined name would be 'younger sister of the ocean.'

Kakigōri — A Japanese crushed ice dessert flavoured



with syrup and condensed milk.

Popular flavors include strawberry, cherry, lemon, green tea, grape, melon, "Blue Hawaii," sweet plum, and colorless syrup. Some shops provide colorful varieties by using two or more different syrups. To sweeten kakigōri, condensed milk is often poured on top of it. It is not like a snow cone: It has a much smoother fluffier ice consistency, much like fresh fallen snow, and a spoon is almost always used to eat it. The traditional way of making kakigōri uses a hand cranked machine to spin a block of ice over an ice shaving blade. Even though electric ice shavers are most often used, street vendors can still be seen hand-shaving ice blocks in the summer.

Kaikana loves Kakigōri for several reasons, the first being that, obviously, she was born on the island of Hawaii, where it very rarely snows apart from on the peaks of the highest mountains. Growing up, she had always wanted to experience snow for herself because she thought it looked so edible!
Obviously, the islands of Hawaii are quite close to Japan and so there is quite a large proportion of influence in the culture and food, so in the summer months when Kaikana went to the beach she found a kakigōri stand there. Her mother agreed to buy her one if she was good (so she didn't bury her father in sand while he slept like she had planned) and so she stayed on her best behaviour in order to try the strange new food.
The first one she ever had was mango flavoured, even having chunks of mango in with it. She immediately fell in love with them as she thought it to be like eating snow as she had always wanted to, and went back every week that summer with her pocket money in order to try all the flavours! Now the treat brings back memories of the lazy summers she spent on Hawaiian beaches with her family, and never fails to brighten her mood.

Nicole's favorites summer treat is shaved ice, as she was based on it. I thought it be fun that she was based on shaved ice and that she loved it was her favorite treat. She enjoys the the sweet frosty and icy taste accompanied by a juicy and fruity taste. She enjoys shaved ice especially on hot summer afternoons, relaxing at a park sitting on the picnic benches available there.
