Noah is probably one of the sweetest Hazard Cats you'll ever meet. He's very good at judging a person, and would do almost anything for just about anyone as long as he can see that they don't want to harm him. Of course this careless behavior gets him into trouble when he gets caught up in people who take advantage of him or get him mixed in with the wrong kind of crowd, but he just loves making people happy- a pure people pleaser at heart. He blushes and gets flustered very easily, and most of the time it's impossible to make him angry- getting him upset is different, because Noah is quite sensitive. He always tries to look at the silver lining in a situation, and always wants to try to get his friends to share his positive outlook on things.

Morpheus is a god of dreams who appears in Ovid's Metamorphoses. Morpheus has the ability to take any human form and appear in dreams. His true semblance is that of a winged demon, imagery shared with many of his siblings. Starting in the medieval period, the name Morpheus began to stand generally for the god of dreams or of sleep.

Why This Name? ;; While Morpheus is generally a male god- I generally think the name could be seen either way. I think the name is very interesting and odd- not a common name. It holds significant meaning, and could actually arguably be female or male. I think the name fits purely because of the context- not to mention it's a fun and uncommon name that others wouldn't hear often.

Personality ;; Morph is a generally soft-spoken and gentle cat, her voice is almost like a lullaby in it's soothing tone. She doesn't have much emotion for those around her- but she does relate to their dreams. She's been able to sense and catch dreams ever since her adolescence, though she doesn't feel comfortable stealing anything but nightmares. Morph sees a pure and innocent happiness in dreams- and only listens in on them- never taking any pleasant dreams. She finds that taking others nightmares generally makes them happier- though in stealing so many nightmares to be held close to her heart she's developed a second persona- though the persona hasn't declared a name for itself it generally associates itself with being male and is cruel, spiteful and obsessed with stealing as many nightmares as possible to strengthen itself. Morpheus is completely oblivious to her second persona's existence, and thus continues helping others totally unaware of the beast lurking within herself.
Abilities ;;

Her grate leaks the essence of the galaxy.

Morph has no idea why this is- but she finds it rather interesting that her grate does this. In her time as a Spark she used the twinkling of her galaxy's stars to light up the night around her or other dark areas she may occupy. When she sighs, yawns, coughs or hiccups a particularly large flurry of stars leak out of her grate and into the air around her.

The dreamcatcher can collect dreams.

Morpheus only figured this out once she became a teenager. She hadn't any idea in the slightest why she was able to do this- nor how to control it, but sooner or later she mastered the technique. Morph can gaze in on people's dreams and nightmares using her dream catcher- and she takes the ones she likes or fears will hurt those witnessing them. The darker dreams, nightmares, feeding her alternate personality that had developed from the sheer negativity and fear she'd been placing so closely to her heart for all those years.

The dreams are stored in the orb around her neck.

The nightmares stored in her orb have corrupted her and given her a second personality- the nameless masculine persona. She absorbs dreams from time to time- though generally only takes nightmares to protect others from the darkness of their nighttime slumber.

She's also extra fluffy. >u<

Morphie is thankful for her dense coat- after all she loves the winter air and the snow. She finds her excess fur enables her to stay outside in the cold for longer periods of time. Though because of it she tends to avoid lakes, streams and anywhere else she could get wet for fear of catching a cold.

cost him something. Being very even-tempered
and laid back he doesn't get irriatated very
easily; but, if he does the loving side of him

to hurt a single creature on the earth. Although
this Hazard Cat is very curious and adventureous
which something gets him into situations that
he can't handle alone. All-in-all Dream Chaser is
the perfect best friend.

Seeming him curiousity got the best of me,
I pulled over to see what it was; Hazard
Cats, being new and still very rare to the
world, were unknown to me. Getting out
of my truck I walked slowly over to him and
he didn't run or hiss, he just simply stared
up at me and meowed. Though he was the
size of my German Shepherd, I saw no reason
to be scared of him so I slowly reached out
my hand to pet him. Purring he bumped his
head against my hand wanting more of my
attention. Laughing I invited into my truck to
take him home; we've been best friends ever
sense.

Clever, sneaky, and mischievous in the worst of ways. Benji is not happy-go-lucky or joyous. At least not to an extent. He keeps a very down to earth attitude and likes to remain mysterious to the outside world. However, he is beginning to experience a change of heart. After finally being punished for his wrong actions, Benji has become more humble and respectful. Although he still causes trouble, he makes sure to leave less of a mess behind.

Backstory:

Benji was no hero.
He was no prince.
not a traveler.
not popular.
Not beloved.
Benji was a theif.
He was quite skilled at his trade, too. He, however, never did the job for others, never marketed his skill. He stole solely for himself. For the longest time, nobody had seen this theif. And so, over the years, Benji had become arrogant enough to believe his actions would bring no consequences. Whatever he wanted or needed was swiped from another without so much as the bat of an eye. However, the comfort that his prizes and items brought him during the day was stolen from him at night. Every time the sun went down and the moon woke up, Benji suffered from night terrors. Horrid, contoured faces would scream and claw while Dark shadows suffocated him. He would wake up in terror of what might be lurking around him. Stalking him. Benji wanted a change. He didn't want to face the chimeras that constantly attacked him in his dreams.
It was merely coincidence that Benji stumbled across his solutions to his night terrors. With it's beads and feathers. The tightly woven string in an intricate design drew him in and captivated him.
"A dream catcher", came a raspy voice behind him. Benji jumped and spun around, hair standing on end.
An older looking hazard cat watched him with sharp eyes.
"I see nightmares in your gaze", she murmured. "Keep it"
With that, Benji took off without a thank you. He was too afraid she would alert someone that he had been there. That very night was the night he stole his first dream. He slept soundly, wrapped up in the warmth of his first good dream. Benji found himself taking dreams above anything else. They became his passion. With his dream catcher wrapped around his tail, he snatched the dreams of the homes he passed. Filtering out the nightmares and bringing the good ones with him.
As time passed, Benji became familiar with every dream of the hazard cats he lived around, and found himself growing bored with the same monotonous scenes. When he came across a new dream to live, it was thrilling. This was new and fairly different from most of his other dreams. As he explored this new dreamland of his, he came unto an odd crack. As soon as it had been spotted, the crack began to expand and grow until the dreamscape shattered completely. He was left floating in dark void, empty of both dreams and nightmares. Suddenly, Benji felt blinded by a flash of bright lights. Benji looked up to see a dazzling creature. Wide, blue eyes filled with starlight glared down on him. His tail was hardly a tail at all. It glittered with a million stars and planets, like a portal to a new galaxy millions of miles away from him.
"Thief!", the Godly creature snarled in accusation.
Benji cowered, ears flattened. "I stole nothing of yours!", he exclaimed in a trembling voice.
"A liar too", the god sniffed. "You're a thief like no other"
The creature crouched to give Benji a closer inspection.
"You are a bandit of dreams" he whispered. "You steal what is more precious and more valuable than riches of any sort."
Benji looked up at the god. "I didn't mean to! I didn't intend to steal your dream!", he wailed.
"Yet you intended to take another's", he retorted.
Benji flattened his ears and looked down. "I'm sorry", he whimpered.
When he glanced back up, the God was staring at him with a thoughtful look in his icy eyes.
"I should rid of you now before you stir up more trouble", The God threatened menacingly.
Benji opened his mouth to plead his case, but was cut short.
"-However, I will strike a deal with you instead"
Benji nodded eagerly in agreement. Relief evident in his eyes. The god brought down a massive paw unto Benji. Before impact, he woke up with a loud yelp. He looked around in confusion, head spinning. He recognized nothing. His surroundings had completely changed. Benji was being given a fresh start. He heard the God's voice ring in his head.
"Return all that you have taken, and I will return you to your kind."

With that, Benji was left to give back the dreams he had stolen.
