I haven't had any previous experience ^^;
Hopefully this could be a first experience for me, as I have to start somewhere.
However, some example of my coding is here, here, and here.

How will you make the fluff dragon archives special?
They'd be neat and tidy otherwise it'd keep me awake at night because it must be perfect and with a bit of art thrown in on the side. I'd hope to make them easy to use and easy to navigate around. And of course, I'd keep them up-to-date at all times.

Why should YOU be the archivist?
I thoroughly enjoy coding and I would really like some experience for future endeavours. I can be very well organised if I need to, and I think I would thoroughly enjoy this job!

Well, I was a helper to Hiccup in Jellybean Dragons. What I did was sent her the updates, I don't really know if this counts.. x'D

I also help with the Jingle archives. Since Jingles have their own site, I just edit when it needs an update.

If you want to see one that I posted, here's one for a dead species, Guardians, for that one I more of copied the species layout, then just put in the info when I needed too.

How will you make the fluff dragon archives special?

Hmm.. it still needs work, but I would try to do something like this;

I was going for a sorta bouncy look, though it turned into more of a.. um disk sorta look? You know, spinny sorta.. I can't explain. x'D
Basically, I would want it to be fun, like the species, but something you can still follow, I think this is a good formula for it. I would probably add some colours, maybe get pixel art of each like Parrapups did (just love that idea. ;3;) and use those to add colour..
I would have a info post as the first one (like with Guardians), of course the names and owner names will link to the adoption page and the user's profile.

I would be willing to send updates on the format and work with you to make sure everything is going the way you want it to.

Why should YOU be the archivist?

Besides the fact that it would be really enjoyable and these are adorable?
Despite the fact I can only get on the computer at a certain time, I will be loyal to the species. Since I started CS I needed a species to keep me coming, and I tried a lot of them but didn't really want to get involved. But these are so appealing in some odd way that I don't how I couldn't get into them. Since I have a once track mind, I would be happy to be almost exclusively dedicated to these babies. <3

I also understand this isn't just a "oh my goshles! Some way to get into the stafff!! :B" deal, since you have only been opened for four days and already have 50+, that's a big job! I will be sure to update it at least once a day if needed.

Plus, this is a way to keep tabs on all of them, name-wise and owner-wise, without looking like a werido/without a reason. x'D

The color changes depending on the artist. Each artist would get to pick a color for their Fluff dragons so someone could easily stalk their favorite artist.

I think the archive should allow the people to actually see the dragons. I've seen a couple other archives that just have names and links to the Fluff dragon and I don't like that, it doesn't really let me see the talent of the artist or browse through them easily. Which for me is the point of an archive. So that's why I choose that format.

They would go in order of numbers. 50 Foof Dragons to a post, if needed I'll turn it into 100 dragons per post.

Why should YOU be the archivist?

Well, I think I have an interesting and neat formatting, I'm on CS at least 4 hours per day, I am organized, often to a fault and have a slight case of OCD about things being neat and easy to read. I feel that I would be a good choice for this because I could do it quickly, neatly and in a pretty fashion.

I would love work with Fluff Dragons and I hope that I will be able to run the archives for you guys.
