Question, can we use these as our primary characters, or O.Cs?

Well, they can't be used as OC's as they are not actually original characters, since the artist creates the design and Pachoo created the species, but I see no problem with them being used as a primary character, just remember to credit Pachoopi for the species when needed (when creating stories or artwork based on them). For example, I would consider my baby, Jodas, my primary character since I draw him and write of him more often than any others.
