As mentioned above, Polaris is also also known as the North Star. You can indeed find it in the Little Dipper! It's origin is Medieval Latin, which it is short for the word stella polāris.

✦ Polaris generally come off as a quite Plumie, well, he is a quite Plumerian! He doesn't talk often and keeps things to himself. Polaris is gentle to all and is actually very kind. The Plumerian opens up once he gets to know someone, and when he does he is very loyal and devoted. Po stutters a bit at times, since he gets a bit nervous around new Plumies and he also has a slight hint of social anxiety. However, if you end up seeing the inner part of Polaris, it is warm and friendly. He sometimes comes off in a slight feminine nature. Po is very generous and thoughtful, as well as courteous to others. As well as he actually has an eloquent mind that is star bound. He has a large imagination, although, along with that Po also is very intelligent and witty. He is quick thinking and splendid at math! Polaris is also eloquent at times.
However, Polaris has a tendency to get easily jealous of others. He holds his emotions make, most of the time, though. He gets emotional as well, which can impact what he does. Although, Po likes to make it seem like he holds his head up high, although he does not always do so.

✦ Honestly, Polaris doesn't have a favorite season. He enjoys them all equally, all have there ups and downs. However, the idea of seasons can be confusing at times. With two different hemispheres, the Northern and the Southern, it is confusing! While people in the Northern hemisphere might be having a heatwave, the Southern hemisphere could be trying to stay warm by drinking hot cocoa. Unfortunately, each Season's title may not actually be what some may think would happen in the other hemisphere. Yet, only the Equinox's and the Solstice's go on at once? Well, it makes it slightly less confusing for Polaris if you simply refer to it as an Equinox or Solstice — since each hemisphere is having a Solstice or an Equinox, but still... Its quite different in each hemisphere!
Okay, I probably really confused you. xD But, I suppose you now see Polaris's point? It's quite perplexing.

favourite season ;
Cynthia's favourite season is summer. She believes the stars
always shine clearest on a hot summer day, as well as enjoying
the summer solstice. The days last longer, and Cynthia appears
to be happier.

Despite being a rather darkly-coloured
plumerian, Cynthia enjoys daytime much
more than nighttime. She likes to feel the
sun on her fur, or perhaps a few droplets of
rain in a summer shower.

Summer is not only her favourite season
because of this. Cynthia enjoys the
freedom of it - everyone seems to
be happy at the time, enjoying the
season to it's fullest.

She also enjoys the cool drinks -
smoothies, milkshakes, carbonated drinks,
anything.

However, the biggest thing she admires
about summer is the nights. Normally, a
bland nighttime sky is something Cynthia
doesn't take interest in. It's a superstition
of Cynthia to believe stars shine brighter
in the summer, however she believes it
to be true. Unlike in the other seasons,
Cynthia becomes a night owl just to see
the stars at night rather than an
early-bird.

She has a lot of reasons as to why summer
is her most loved season, but just these are
the few things about summer that Cynthia
says she loves most.

According to her, a personality is something that is perceived by others, not yourself - so this starry-eyed girl will often attempt to make her largest impression on others. Whether it be describing by actions or words, Cynthia, undoubtedly, takes extreme and intimate care of her reputation and impression upon others. Why she does this is a question many ask; even Cynthia herself. Insecurities like these often cloud Cynthia's judgement, making her feel constantly judged by others and even herself. Due to this, Cynthia can be incredibly biased when it comes to judgement.
Overall, however, Cynthia is someone who is very mature. She takes things quite literally often - leaving her to be occasionally gullible and naive - but for the most part Cynthia is a very sophisticated plumerian who takes pride in her sense of maturity. Even if she's quite biased at times, weighing immaturity to maturity is something she can easily handle.
Most of the time Cynthia is described as charming, if not, sociable. However, this is a footing Cynthia has learnt to put up with. Indeed, she may appear to be charismatic and welcoming to others - on the inside is a much different story.
At first sight, what appears to be a very extroverted personality is in fact the opposite. On the inside, this exterior is replaced by a very cynical and judgmental attitude that was nurtured after years of being alone. To be blunt, Cynthia sincerely does not enjoy talking to others.
Is she really rude, though? Cynthia finds herself often acting the opposite of what she really is, to prevent rumors being spread about her. However, even though she is very judgmental of others in her thoughts, she isn't rude at all. Actually to be considered someone who can give fairly good advice, even though she's often very cynical, Cynthia can actually give her honest opinions on things.
A lot of plumerians tend to ask Cynthia if she's being honest with herself. Part of why she puts such a extroverted front on herself is because she's unaware of her true self. This clouds her vision frequently, making her biased towards any sort of judgement as mentioned before.
It's very hard for anyone to fully understand Cynthia. Her thought process is very complicated, and she often thinks in the most oddest and weirdest ways. She will think outside the box often, which leaves her to being a unique individual with a very creative thought process.
However, if you fully want to understand Cynthia, you'll have to meet her for yourself.
