Glaci is a very neutral, go-with-the-flow Yōkai. He doesn't really get mad, nor does anything irritate him in the least. Glaci really just goes about his day, not a care in the world, not minding anything that might happen along the way. His only visible emotion is happiness, perhaps because all the souls he has ever managed to capture lived and died happy lives, so all he eats is joy and love. He has no fear, nor anger or sadness, and is as oblivious as a child. However, he's not afraid to speak his mind, mostly because he doesn't realize there are consequences, so he without knowing it ends up standing for others rights and justice.
