He is one of the most care-free kia's you'll ever meet, he doesn't mind being teased or joked around with. Though if he see's someone being bullied he's gonna step up to defend them, especially if its a child. He can be quiet and wish to be alone at times, mostly just after he's been in a large crowd. He has a tendancy to annoy people just a little bit, but anyone who know's him understands that his pranks and jokes are just for fun and are used when he is angry. Trust is a huge value for this kia, he tries to get to know you but trust is something you'd have to earn with him. He dreams of falling in love one day, not just to have some girlfriend but to find his mate and have some kids of his own to play with and teach in his ways. He can be a bit overprotective of those he cares about, always acting like a little guard dog around them. Neal is quite a simple Kia. While others enjoy cool activities, summer fun, or even artistic mediums, Neal has an aptitude for sleeping. Not just sleeping, however. Lucid dreams. He has mastered the "art" of controlling his dreams, so he can explore every corner of the universe without ever leaving his bed. He often builds elaborate schemes from these dreams, and tries to tell his friends of these wild tales. But they never listen, so Neal has developed a solitary lifestyle. He likes it, though. He can enjoy his world of amazing things without disturbance
Discovering His Talent
Neal was known as "the kia with no talent" at first. He wasn't fast, was quite weak, wasn't the best artist, and never had the interest in pursuing any of these, anyway. Nothing inspired him. A walk through the woods meant tired paws and poison ivy. Reading and writing were irritating because he is mildly dyslexic. A ride on a hot air balloon was nothing like the impossibility of flight. He grew bored with life's "possibilities". When one day, when he was fast asleep, he had the most magnificent dream that he was following a tiny, ethereal, flame colored dragon to watch flames dance and twist through an indigo-black sky. For the first time, he found he could move his paws like he wanted, and somewhat alter the direction of the flames' travel. As he grew older and more intelligent, he learned how to completely choose where in this insane world he could take himself. One night he watched a supernova. Another, he danced through the aurora borealis. All within his surprisingly powerful mind. Nobody ever knew, and most who heard of these stories dismissed him as delusional. So he retired himself to solitude, dreaming a thousand dreams of a million worlds. All with his tiny faerie dragon companion by his side

The first thing you'll immediately notice from Axum is the independent side to her.
Though she may have a hard, serious look on her face a times (looking pretty moody),
she gets what she wants to accomplish done. After all, it's being a part of her job.
Working in an agency has helped her prove she's worth the wait, because she will
get the job done. Though she's serious at most times, her sassy side can appear during
any moment. Don't get me wrong, this young lady has been labeled for sarcasm.

In order to complete her missions, Axum must have competition. You can't just catch
your target that easily. Take a dare every now and then and go after what you're
looking for. Whether it's just for fun or for serious terms, Axum will take any dares
you wanted completed in order to put her on the top of the charts. Perhaps it's
also just for her entertainment. Either way, she's got plenty of skill. As long as you
keep her on the bright side, she'll play with your mind and you'll have the advantage
of playing with hers. Being fair is another nice factor she tends to follow.

Throwing self-made, taser-like, energy disks at your enemies to try and bring them
down takes practice to being an expertise. Axum seems to be the only one being the
creator of something that helps her during her missions. With a strong mind and silent
actions hidden behind the mind's eye, Axum has the tendency of experimenting with
all sorts of devices and gadgets she can get her hands on, even if it's 'borrowing' them
from her targets. Hey, it helps. You accomplished your mission, you get yourself a
reward. Intelligence always comes in handy.

Speaking of intelligence, Axum is a handful of it. She may not be the smartest in the
world, but she's always got the right mind and words to say. During meetings, she'll
briefly correct solutions others have come up with and how they'll have no functioning
back-up plan to follow if used. She'll back-talk you if you have nothing right to say,
and don't worry, she'll even make you feel like you can have a better mind if you don't
keep the wrong one you may already have.
