How did she get/make the beads adornments?:

When I was little, my mother had collected these purple beads. So shiny and smooth I adored these beads she kept from a journey long ago. When my mother was gone, it was the only thing I had left. I wanted to keep them with me at all times, but it was not possible as I had no way to carry them. I went into the forest and found some wolf willow, stripping the bark, I used it as string at first, making adornments for myself. In time I found materials to crush down and use for dyes. Purple and a beautiful yellow, I dyed the strings holding together my adornments. I now always carry this piece of my mother with me wherever I go.

how did she get/make the beads adornments? sola found the beads wrapped around a piece of wood. it was obvious that some other rukami had left them there intending to come back, but sola took them anyway. sola had always been extremely flirtatious as well as competitive, so any way she could mark herself as superior to the others worked for her. sola later felt guilty about taking the beads, but justified it all with the unlikely reason that the owner would never have left such beautiful beads alone. however, if sola wasn't as idiotic and shallow as a creek during a drought, she might have noticed how they were so clean and polished. unfortunately, she was preoccupied with trying them on and staring at herself in a creek. here is sola's story.



ewwww! i shook the swamp mud off my paw. i had just groomed it, too! with a final wiggle the last few clumps of fast drying gray muck flew off my paw, landing in a pool of murky green water with a splash.

Shae turned her head away from the lifeless body of the Rukami before her. He was once beautiful with silver eyes and golden fur that contrasted to her. He had had a fierce and passionate personality that was alluring to her. Something about him made her want to make him hers even if she was so young. She did not mean for any of this to happen. At first it was just a simple innocent flirting tease. But the tease grew into something more serious.Shea tightened her grip on the purple beads in her paw. The beads were meant for her, she knew this only because that was the last thing he whispered to her as he laid dying. Shae walked slowly away never turning back to look at the body. She ignored the pain that stabbed at her heart. She forced back the stinging in her eyes. She had felt a passion for him but was it right? Was it right for her for feel this broken hearted when she was the one who had killed him? Why couldn't he have been the one who got away?

At a young age Shae met a Rukami, oh lets call him Sunja, and it right away he began to court Shae. At first she acted as if she wasn't interested in him when in all reality he had swept her far far off of paws. Slowly the two became inseparable yet Shae some how kept playing hard to get. The two seemed to not notice the territories around Shae's were other Rukamis seemed to be going "mad". The madness spreaded liked a sickness across the territories. Yet Shae and Sunja seemed to not be touched by the madness till one night Sunja started to foam at the mouth and attacked Shae. In order to save her own life she had to kill him. Before he died Sunja seemed to break free of the sickness for a moment only to tell Shae that he was about to ask her to be his mate and to hand her the purple beads that she now wears in remembrance as her lost love.

No problem! I've been changing them a lot haha. But if you read it, Rukami actually make the beads. She can make it herself, or maybe someone gave it to her.

What I meant was, when Rukami were first made, they were placed in the human world and could have interaction with humans. But that was taken out, I prefer Rukami to be in their own separate world. It makes it easier for roleplays and such.
