Follows/lives by ruleWe found this one in a canyon. He has dirt caked onto his body that we can't seem to get off him and now plants grow on him! He has the ability to move the Earth slightly and control rocks and stones. (Rock bending omg)
Will you be able to control the Earth?
his powers won't be passed down to his children.
Another impress me competition!
Brownie points for a seasonal reference of the plants that grow on him!

Name:
Misagi
Gender:
Male
Zodiac:
Aries
About:
Born in a forest, Misagi has been known to be a flirt. But when it comes to dragons in need, he is quite cooperative and selfless, having a more nicer trait. He has no idea of how he came to be, but being born with dirt all over his body and plants growing from his back kinda frightened him a little. Especially when he noticed changes season wise as it went from spring to summer and fall to winter...He soon figured out that he could control the earth, plants and everything related. Knowing he was special with this power he tends to keep it on the down low, not wanting everyone to know about his abnormalities.
When other dragons come up to him, he may feel a bit self conscious of his special trait, but he makes up for it by being as friendly as he could be, and sometimes flirty when it came to the ladies.
He's gotten better at controlling his ability, but alas, he does have a slip up or two every once in a while.
Personality: Friendly, Hard Headed. Naive, outgoing, Flirt, narcissistic, immature
Interests/dislikes:
He is interested in ecology, geology and physics. But he is also a very nature loving dragon, loving the great outdoors.
Art:
Specialty:wip

dropping out, have no connection anymore. Good luck to whoever wins him <3

"I used to dream
I used to glance beyond the stars
Now I don't know where we are
Although I know we've drifted far"
( NAME ) My name is Ivan. I am not, to set the record straight, named after Ivan IV Vasilyevic, The Grand Prince of Moscow and Tsar of all Russians, who more commonly is known as Ivan the Terrible. Nor named after Hurricane Ivan, Ivanhoe, Ivan Rakitić, or Ivan Pavlov. I am named Ivan because my mothers liked the name. Not too complicated, I wouldn't think...
( GENDER ) I am a male, or so I have been told. Of course, the term 'male' is just that-- a term. Do genders really matter? Yea or nay? I personally think both are right to a degree.
( SEXUALITY ) I'm not interested in anyone at the moment, nor for the next thirty years. A shame, because all the females seem attracted to me. One even attempted romantic contact by yelling 'stranger danger' and pushing me into a swamp.
( BIRTHDAY ) April 22nd, 1991. I was born under the sign of Taurus, the bull. Oh yeah, that also happens to be Earth Day. Funny, isn't it? That's probably why I'm so into preserving our world as we know it. Yep.
( PERSONA ) I'll try, although I tend to romanticize myself. I truly am quite vain.
In what my mother calls my "man-cave", the walls are littered with photography. All my favorite photographers have pictures up on there: Alice Boughton, Émile Gsell, Lucas Samaras, Horatio Ross... some of the lesser known human artists who have contributed brilliant pieces of art to the world! I, of course, cannot take pictures myself as
a. I do not have opposable thumbs.
b. I do not have the the five AAA batteries needed to power said camera
c. Once I took a picture, what would I do with it? Surely not upload it onto the "Enternet".
No, for now, at least, I am content with collecting pictures taken by human photographers.
Sometimes I can sit outside for hours on end, feeling the calm, soothing swish of the wind and the spiky branches of the bush that I'm sitting in. Sometimes I nap, only to be awakened when a sharp stick jabs itself into my neck or tummy. But I do not sit in a bush simply to sleep! I could do that in any old place! I trek a mile to that specific bush so that I can watch birds. Yes, I am a birdwatcher! I know about 140 different kinds of birds by appearance, both males and females. I consider myself far more educated in birds than any other pseudo has been in centuries! And I am but a boy of twenty-three, with decades upon decades more to live! Think of the knowledge I could accumulate! It excites me to no end!
Our surroundings are consistently morphing into something new. Now that filthy, ragged homo sapiens have taken over the ecosystems of the earth, I figure Psuedodragons may not be around for too much longer... Thousands of species have died at the hands of these... beasts. And us Psuedos aren't exactly the world's most common species, are they? The humans only just discovered us! I figure it will take less than 150 years before Psuedos are extinct. My children's generation. We've seen it happen, species being killed for their pelts -- humans take pride in the different skins they wear. How soon will it be before the 'Psuedodragon-skin coat' becomes the new trend?

( HISTORY )
I was born on April 22nd, 1991, to a same-sex couple living in the lower cliffs of the Andes. I called my parents Mama and Mum-Mum. I have to admit, Mum-Mum didn't look remotely like me.... However, Mama shared my dark coloration.
Mama passed away when I was very young. I still remember Mum-Mum and I sprinkling Mama's ashes over the Magdalena, watching as the lackadaisical current swept her remains downstream.
For a while, we were fine! Mum-Mum suddenly didn't like living so high up, and we moved down to the banks of the Magdalena, where a few other Psuedos stayed. Sometimes I lay awake, hearing Mum-Mum singing to the Magdalena... to Mama.
I forgot to mention - ever since I was a few years old, Mama and Mum-Mum taught me about the importance of nature. They told me that the Homo Sapiens were destroying the planet to serve their own greedy needs. 'To better organize their culture,' Mum-Mum would patiently say, 'Homo Sapiens created a currency. To make more of this currency for themselves, they decided to drill into the ground, cut down the trees with mammoth machinery, and build black webs all over the world.' I grew up afraid of humans. But I grew up tending my parents' extensive garden, studying the local wildlife, and learning to recite works of philosophy. Mama found it very important that I grow to have a good moral structure.
When I got a bit older, I decided I wanted to travel the world. I packed up my bags, kissed Mum-Mum on the cheek, and headed off to Qatar for a year. It was an engaging experience. I learned much about my surroundings, though I had a few frightening close calls (two, actually, one involving large men with clubs and the other with a dumpster on wheels) . But upon my return to the Magdalena, I found that Mum-Mum's mental health had quite deteriorated. A neighbor told me she sang to the river all night long, and spent her days holding her breath underwater.
When I heard this troubling news, I felt it necessary to remove Mum-Mum from the Magdalena. I had us move about ten miles away. This seemed to cease her constant wanderings. However, I wanted to explore more of the world without her -- I knew she wasn't ready to travel as consistently as I wanted. So I sent her to live with her sister, who has a large garden of peonies that need desperate tending to. She currently resides there.

Wip</3 ;~;
I made this cute little thing of him to show that I haven't forgotten and am still interested. ;~;

This is probably less than 20% of the full size, also...I can't draw dragon-like limbs to save my life but I still thought it looked cute~ ><
I'll try to update more soon with actual information, I've just been going through a bit of a creative rut. v.v Name:
Kodama
His story:
Kodama was born rather tiny and frail, he never really was the type to make friends with other Pseudos easily so he just kind of stayed quiet and in the background. Until one day when he discovered the beautiful garden of another Pseudo that didn't live to far from him. He sort of just wound up wandering into their backyard after seeing a tiny piece of the enormous garden. Once inside he found the owner of the garden happily at work watering and tending to all the various plants.
After giving the poor Pseudo a little spook she happily forgave his trespassing and invited him to join her. Being the non-social butterfly he was he agreed but only after an awkward little pause to look around then a slight head nod. As they explored her garden together he found himself extremely interested in every plant she showed him but the little tree sprouts she had near the back caught his attention the most. He asked her about them and she told him their story, a forest not to far away had been recently destroyed by a wild fire so these trees will soon be on their way to rebuilding that forest.
Fascinated with their story he asked if he could return the next day and he did. He also returned every day after that for a few weeks, always helping out with the other plants when he was needed but when he wasn't he was glued in front of those small tree sprouts waiting for them to grow and sharing stories with them to encourage their growth. (He had always been quite dirty for no reason as a child but this is around when the dirt clumps on his body were becoming very noticeable, and no matter what he did he couldn't seam to keep them from coming back though they didn't bother him that much - Sorry for the random side note just wanted to toss this in their since it's a bit important. ;p)
On the day they were finally big enough to be planted he was so excited he could barely contain himself. They loaded all the sprouts up and were finally on their way. It took quite a while but they had finally arrived at the forest she had told him about what seamed like forever ago. Seeing the scorched and devastated land broke his heart a little, but his new found friend showed him something, she showed him where little sprouts where already starting to grow back on their own and told him We're just here to speed up the process a little and help get the forest back up on it's feet.
So for hours they dug places for and planted the sprouts they had spent so much time and effort taking care of. It was actually very depressing to leave them so he sat there staring at them and telling them one final story about how they'd love it here because they'd make new friends with all the other trees and how they'd be able to grow up together and make something that was once tragic very beautiful again.
Since that day he has repeated that very process for forests in trouble all around them, he has even taken up traveling to new areas with forests in need of a little helping hand. He'll never forget the forest that started it all though, and he often makes sure to return to it to pay a visit to the trees that allowed him to find his purpose in this world.
I'm so sorry for the terrible blahness of this story I hope it's alright I'm still going through quite the creative rut and I'm amazed I was able to get this all down. ;;

(too big)
Name;; Casimir (kass-uh-meer). It's a pleasure to meet you owo
Nickname;; People call me Cas. I suppose it's not too bad.
Gender;; Male. Undoubtedly male.
Sexual Orientation;; I dunno, to be honest.
Date of Birth;; The best day, August 29th
(It's not Earth Day, but it suits the star sign and his personality)Age;; Early twenties. Does it really matter? ;v;
Star Sign;; Virgo
Personality;;
Well, I'd say I'm quite observant... maybe even meticulous; small and large things catch my eye. Some say my watchfulness and attention to detail is praiseworthy, and I have to say it does help me deal with liars and upset people. But I think some people do find it annoying when I point out things that they didn't see (or don't point out things that could be useful to know, that's gotten me in trouble a few times).
I have also been noted on my knowledge of nature and ability to think things out carefully. Analysing complications and finding simple solutions are my strong point, but I have yet to really help someone with this skill.
Hmm... Some would tell me I'm a reliable chap who's always ready to help out. Maybe they're right; I'm very good at keeping secrets that people just have to divulge, but I'm terrible at remembering codes and lock numbers so don't get me to remember them! Apart from that, I think I'm relatively good at keeping my word and carrying out favours.
Aaaand this leads onto my next trait; modesty. Man, people always tell me I'm 'too modest,' that I'm a 'good Pseudo and I should take the credit for being so trustworthy' but I just can't call myself good. It almost hurts to praise myself so highly.
Dang, I really am modest...
Now, in the negative point of view, someone called me 'cold'. Now, I'm not sure how I actually am this unemotional thing that they said I was, but I can't help thinking about it. Am I cold? I personally don't think so. Maybe I'm just a bit antisocial sometimes.
Yes, yes, I have to agree that I can be a bit harsh sometimes, but not without good reason! That girl's dress was hanging off her like a potato sack u-u I try not to be too blindingly judgmental,and I definitely don't try to sugarcoat things (cause that gets you nowhere), I just sometimes share my opinions a little too freely. I mean, lying about something to soften a blow doesn't help anyone. Don't hate me for it, lying is a bad habit ò-ó
Hey, don't touch the sprouts, they're delicate. Hmm, what? Oh, right, as you can see, I'm quite fussy -- about my dirt, my plants, any problem that needs solving... You might say I'm too fussy, but I think being a little finicky isn't a bad thing. If a problem is set before me, I have to solve it before I can move on, or I won't have any peace of mind; I can't leave things unfinished. If you try to touch my plants... Well, you can't. Unless I give you permission. Please don't touch them.
His Dirt;; Yes, my dirt. You know, the stuff that lives on my back? My dirt.
Cas's dirt is often seen with different flowers or grasses growing in it -- some are ones that he planted himself. During spring he loves to plant colourful flower seeds so that he becomes a walking garden. There is an obvious limit to what he can have growing on him (for example, when he was younger, he says he wanted to grow a beautiful oak tree, but of course he couldn't), and sometimes weed seeds blow onto the soft soil and he has to pick them off, but he really loves his little quirky dirt patch and wouldn't trade it for anything (not even a complete set of every David Attenborough documentary in existence). His favourite seeds to have growing are feverfew daisies. He thinks they're pretty, and, because they're small, they easily grow on his back. Even though they last for only a couple of weeks when in bloom, Cas adores them.
Hobbies & Passtimes;;
Rockbending;Ah, I haven't spoken about my curious power yet! Well, to put it simply, I can control earth a little bit, like make rocks float and such. It's quite useful for exercising my mind and for relaxation. The amount of control needed to be able to focus on a stone and make it move is quite immense, but it is also a way for me to get rid of excess stress and energy. Some may think it weird or even creepy, but some others like it, especially little kids. Also, it's great for helping me in the garden. I can easily shove around dirt to fill in holes with my paws and my power. Work goes twice as fast.
Gardening;What do I not love about gardening? This is probably my favourite passtime. I love digging through dirt and helping a new life to grow happily in a nice patch of sun. It really is a great thing to take my mind off any stresses (not that a dragon has many stresses). I also plant little daisies on my back so that I can become likes walking flowerbed, and sometimes other flowers and sprouts land on my back and start growing, too. It really is quite marvelous.
Watching Documentaries;Do you want to know how I'm so knowledgable on plants, animals and nature in general? It may be to do with the fact that I've watched heap of documentaries detailing the lives and quirks of animals and plants. Watching docs make for a great and interesting day, and I've seen so many places in the world through the television screen! I hope to go to all of the places I've seen, to see the wacky animals and crazy plants... It would be magnificent.
